Wed 4th July skwaats w2m2
Worked up to 140kgx5, and 150kg for 2x5. Hips still tight AF from deads, and something felt off in my back so I pulled the pin after 3 sets. Frustrated AF.
 
After a big poo i did some snatch work and got a nice, satisying loud pop from my SI which completely alleviated my back weirdness.

27.5kg DBpress : 60kg BB benchpress supersets for 10:6 x3 and 8:5 x2

Sat 7th July deads:
Random session as I am supposed to be working right now. Started at midnight but canned it when we reslised our supplier had fugged up.
Anyway, wanted to hit 220kg for 5x5 but its not going to happen. Instead, this:
180kgx5,220kgx4, 220kgx1, 260kgx1, 260kg fail, 250kg fail wtf, 240kg fail. Think my upper back is fatigued because i can feel hips driving up away from shoulders, pulling my back apart, so fug this im canning it.

Nice mate, must remind my training partner to teach me the oly lifts.....definitely something I’d like to get semi competent at.

Thanks HGP. I have always wanted to be able to snatch a decent weight but only recently has my shoulder allowed me to train it regularly. It's so much fun because every rep is unpredictable.

Thanks mate! My second pull really sucks and you can see on some of the OH squat reps I really struggle to stabilise 40kg to depth. But i am definitely progressing with my technique since starting this regime a couple weeks ago. Also noticing some benefits from squatting every day - hips and knees are getting less crackly.

Snatch work 40kg: behind the neck push press for 15,14,12,12,10; OH catch for 3x5; hang snatch 4x5

Fri 13th July
Nearly run over in the carpark this morning walking from my car to the gym. It was one of the am regs, a skinny little dickhead with a BMW. I saw him in the changerooms and he didnt even apologise. Walking out of the changerooms I noticed his keys on the couch with his bag & towel, so I threw them down the fire escape hehe. So far, I dont think he has noticed hahaha.

Thurs 19th July: more deloady stuff

Warming up to some light BB squats and I noticed some serious groin DOMs from last week. My back has felt jacked all week and now I realise my groin has been all locked up. Going to run light squats tomorrow instead - experience has taught me that DOMs +1 day is the best time to squat.
So instead I did this:
BW pullup wide grip 5x6
BW pullup parallel grip 5x8
Preacher curl dropsets 45kg,30kg,20kg for 8:8:8, 6:8:8, 6:6:8 and then 40kg,25kg,20kg for 8:10:10x2
15kg db cur 5x8
BW chins 5x5
3ft verical squat jump x5
Hrizontal jump approx 8ft fr 3x4

I am feeling ridiculously sore from Saturday's session - sumo beltless deadlift is a different beast to my usual belted conventional.

122.5kgx2, 122.5kgx3 - 3rd rep grind, 120kgx2 - 3rd rep fail OMG, 115kgx3, 115kgx3
Not too fussed about this numbers regression, still fatigued from Saturday's volume sesh esp shoulders and triceps. I am actually pleased my r shoulder isnt popping up.
Behind the neck pullups 3x5
Isolat pulldown 120kg 3x10
Behind the neck OHP 40kg for 14,12,10,10,10
External rotations, facepulls
 
Yesterday I did a cardio session, for the first time this year. I hurt my neck on Monday at work and wound up with a terrible migraine . Neck is still stiff this morning but I am hoping to complete a decent squat session nonetheless.
Started a new cycle last night, dermatrest 50mg/day split am pm, yk 5mg/day & s23 20mg/day pwo. Def feeling the yk and or the trest today, feel wired and actually woke up an hr early for the gym.
Edit: also still running mk and i have prescription adex, clom in the cupboard. Also running arimicare pro.

Felt good today, nice wide stance and transitioning a little shallower than usual seems to preserve my strength through the sets. My only complaint is I kept farting really loudly.

Squats looked nice mate, do you find the sleeves give you much more? I’ve never used them but starting to think I should for heavier sets when I’m next pushing it up on cycle.

Do you get sore knees after squats? I find if I dont wear sleeves for BB squats i get a lot of pain and inflamation afterwards especially in my right knee whoch is structurally altered - I had an op there a few yrs ago to remove the medial meniscus. I am really not sure how much they add because I dont have the balls to test it! I wouldnt mind trying out wraps actually, i have heard these add a few kgs when applied properly.

Cardio was:
5min bike
5min ski machine
5min row
200bw squats (10x20 with 20sec breaks)
100 hyper flies with no weights (going for a little paused full back contraction at the top of each rep)
5min bike
5min row

OMG just realised there was a sneaky 5kg plate hiding under the 20! Add 5kg to numbers above....and thats a PR I think! One thing I am definitely noticing with this little stack akready is enhanced endurance.

This stack has got me craving meat and struggling to down carbs. Also, i noticed this morningbI am drying right out, despite bumping trest up to 100mg yesterday.

You said the trest is drying you out but for me was wetter than a 21 yr old nympho, fat loss on it is well noted so you might rip up real quick.

Mate you should try HGP's suggested protocol - thats pretty much what my endo prescribed and thats how I got my hands on pharma AI.
I have been expecting e sides with trest but i think the arimistane (and maybe the srms too)is keeping me dry for now. Cant believe how awesome I feel at 100mg!
