Used it twice, still stand by it. I know enough now to probably avoid injury (AMRAP needs to be cut when form is deteriorating, not go til you fucking die), but you need to eat and rest for that program.

It works.

You need to be gaining weight right now if you are serious. Drop lower body to one easier day per week and 2 upper days with a lot of specific work. Take an oral for the next 3 weeks. Eat like a fatass. This all works together and makes a big difference.

I did just start taking synergen which is td dienolone and epiandro. Grabbed a couple bottles for cheap but from my understanding it takes time and is not too dramatic at the doses I have enough for. I also have 35ish 30mg m1a caps and a bunch of 10mg superdrol caps. I was planning on saving the orals for down the road but after seeing you say what you did and my buddy said go balls out and do some tren ace and 30mg superdrol (which I'm not doing) maybe the dienolone at 75mg and sd at 20 would fit this bill. Keep in mind I was planning on bumping test and eq to 450 each this week.

That's what I would be looking at for the next 3 weeks and then drop sd.

Seems like a lot of stuff to be taking.

At least it's a lot for me.

I looked over many routine the past few days and doing a modified version of predator for pushing days. Pulling days will have one with deadlifts and one with squats. That's it for legs for the time being. And I started off today with 4 eggs, 4 strips bacon,2 slices of cheese, 2 bagels, oj and coffee. I'm going to push the calories and try not to overcomplicate things for once.

I picked up a job painting a condo so I've been a little busy.

I'm off today tho so after 1 more meal I'm heading for a workout

If youre gonna use predator make sure that Heavy day on week 6 is 8-10 days away from when youre going to try and max. I dont know if you have enough time for that program to really build up a ton of fatigue to allow for supercompensation, but we’ll see how it goes!

I know fuk all about PEDS compared to a majority on this forum so im gonna sit on the sideline for that part.

Edit: do you have a date or a date range set as to when you plan on going for the max attempt?

The reason I'm not diving all in on a program is because I know there's not enough time for it to work. I'm trying to keep things similar to what I've been doing but implement stuff from the program. I've been on a push pull with a little legs on pull day so I can keep it similar but add the pressing portion and start using percentages to know what weights I should be doing. I will give this program a full on go after this max out. There's not a set date so I have that as a slight advantage. It should be the first week of may on whatever day we can get together. And I added the stipulation that I get 5 days notice so at bare minimum il have 5 days rest.

I've kinda noticed in the past that the simplest heavy workouts make me the strongest. But it always kinda happens on accident. I've haven't tried a straight strength program in over 10 years, or followed a program without changing it either.

Lots of guys talk about how strong m1a is. I get nothing till 60mg and it's just strength, no size. At 90 I got insane pumps and stronger within days but had horrible headaches so I quit after 5 days or so

Yeah, I'll play it by ear....you and I have alot in common..age/build and heavy drinking in the past haha..your alot stronger than me though.

This will be my first oral cycle in a long long time, aside from some Proviron here and there. So, hopefully my receptors will be ready to roll with a low dose.

That dose is fine for most ppl. I actually don't use any prescription pain killers because just like oral steroids I need a super high dose for them to work. And that's not a built up tolerance, it was from day 1. I just think my body breaks down and destroys everything I ingest

I took 10mg yesterday, and this morning I was at 110/70....this is gonna be perfect for my DMZ cycle...I'll probably just dose around 3 times a week, so I dont dip so low.

Makes sense to me. When I broke my ankles a started eating them perks like candy on the first day thinking wtf these suck. I noticed I actually felt sick before the pain would go away because I ate Soo many. So I sold them all. Had a nice second income for about a year lol.

This workout is kicking my ass and I toned it down.

That was the hardest I pushed myself in months.

Because I had no spot, on sets that were supposed to go to failure I went as close as I could, racked the weight for 10 seconds and squeezed out another rep or 2.

For shoulder press I cleaned the weights before pressing too.

Not going to list every set as there were lots of warm ups but here's the bulk of it


Flat bench 245x11
Close grip 210x10,8,7
Overhead press 145x6
Db skull krushers 20'sx25,25,23
Light cable flys superset-pushups.

There were 6 or 7 various warm up sets through the workout.

Probably should be taking longer rest periods. I was going as soon as I felt good, less then 2 min tops on presses. 1min tops on everything else.

Post workout Had 6oz fatty corned beef, home made Mac and cheese (smoked gouda and mozzarella on shells)
Half a can of peas, eaa's mixed with water.

I take my regular stuff. Baby aspirin, tumeric, garlic, coq10, vd, fish oil and I might throw in cardarine in at 10mg before bed to use up a little I have leftover. If I can find some nac at the store il throw that in too but liver values are never a concern for me. I'm more worried about the cardiovascular effects

I don't think it really matters but I'm not 100% sure. I usually take the bulk of my vitamins and stuff with breakfast, and 1/2 the oral dose for the day. The rest of the dose I take pre-workout and then my fish oils with my last meal.

If someone was going to kill my family if I didn’t bench X in 3-4 weeks, I would:

Take as many drugs as I felt I could physically handle, especially orals.

Eat literally as many calories as I could every day, blending mass shakes and drinking calories in every liquid (carb powders, soda, juice, milk only) because appetite would be nil. Force feeding is mandatory.

Press 3 times a week initially, then twice, following a peaking protocol. I would stop ALL lower body training. Nothing beyond walks and maybe some jumps lol.

Try not to have a heart attack and pray my tendons or muscles don’t tear or rupture from the drugs, and take prehab and mobility super seriously.

You have to understand androgens disproportionately bind to upper body muscles more than lower due to greater receptor density. More drugs=more water, muscle, neurological supercharging. Even pure bodyfat is extra leverage to pile up. A grossly fat belly means greater stability on the bench and thus better power transfer. Bigger lats and triceps mean more energy storage at the bottom. Bigger biceps and forearms mean more shock absorption when the bar comes down. Bigger back and chest mean a shorter stroke to press to lockout.

There’s a reason all of the bench world records are by guys with enormous upper bodies relative to their weightclass.

I'm not going to get that crazy cus I definitely think I'm within striking distance. I upped my cycle to 450 test, 450eq, 75mg dienolone daily, 20-30mg sd daily. 5 days out I can add a deadly dose of m1a if I need it for that last boost if I'm worried.

I'm definitely going to keep smashing calories.

Today's menu was

Bacon eggs cheese bagels, oj

A shake with whey bananas and peanut butter and milk

Corned beef, Mac and cheese, peas, milk

Pasta with chicken

Keilbasa, baked beans and biscuits

And I still got 1 meal to go.



Going to turn that shake into 1000 calories and snack on yougurt and wallnuts between meals as well

My back was breaking out like crazy when I was up around 400 test...I always thought it was estrogen elevated but it never really went above 50....

Its stills breaking out now at TRT doses....so who knows...I just got bloods to check DHT levels. I'm wondering if this may be the cause

I'm guilty of that too. I aim for Monday Wednesday and Friday, Once the cycle ends il drop to 150mg every Sunday

I notice most orals working in a matter of days, I can't pinpoint dmz but less then a week I'm stronger and getting better pumps on pretty much anything if I got the dose right

That's completely up to you. If you haven't used anything in a long time or it's your first time on dmz start at 30.

Any time I try something new, I look around to see what ppl say is the lowest effective dose and that's where I start for a week or 2

I personally think the anabolic protocol you’re going with should be plenty sufficient. The food is absolutely as important, maybe more so. Try to enjoy it now for as long as you can. And understand you’re going to gain some fat, but you can lose it after. The body is also equipped to deal with a mega surplus fairly admirably for the first couple weeks, which has been proven in human studies.

I would not advise killing yourself with drugs or dropping lower body completely, just trying to explain what can be done if someone is taking all of the stops out & going for broke. This is for fun.

Try 30 for like 5 days and when you feel good you can bump. But starting lower let’s your bp accommodate easier I’ve found.

So I have been writing down all my food but not actually counting the calories, today I'm writing down all my macros instead just to get a better idea.

I'm 2 meals in today and sitting at 1345 calories, I have 2 more solid food meals and a 1000 calorie shake to go that should put me at what I predict will be 3800 plus whatever extra calories are in my coffees and condiments. Looking like 4000 today. I was looking through my notes and doing some math and over the course of last week I averaged 3218 calories per day, it's probably a little higher because I didn't track condiments and the cream in my coffees.

So I'm making it a goal to hit 4000 per day for the next week and working up to 5000.

Going to buy some junk food to make it easier.
