I know enough now to probably avoid injury (AMRAP needs to be cut when form is deteriorating, not go til you fucking die), but you need to eat and rest for that program.

You need to be gaining weight right now if you are serious. Drop lower body to one easier day per week and 2 upper days with a lot of specific work. Take an oral for the next 3 weeks. Eat like a fatass. This all works together and makes a big difference.
I did just start taking synergen which is td dienolone and epiandro. Grabbed a couple bottles for cheap but from my understanding it takes time and is not too dramatic at the doses I have enough for. I also have 35ish 30mg m1a caps and a bunch of 10mg superdrol caps. I was planning on saving the orals for down the road but after seeing you say what you did and my buddy said go balls out and do some tren ace and 30mg superdrol (which I'm not doing) maybe the dienolone at 75mg and sd at 20 would fit this bill. Keep in mind I was planning on bumping test and eq to 450 each this week.

I looked over many routine the past few days and doing a modified version of predator for pushing days. Pulling days will have one with deadlifts and one with squats. That's it for legs for the time being. And I started off today with 4 eggs, 4 strips bacon,2 slices of cheese, 2 bagels, oj and coffee. I'm going to push the calories and try not to overcomplicate things for once.
I picked up a job painting a condo so I've been a little busy.
I'm off today tho so after 1 more meal I'm heading for a workout
