Hey brother I’m sorry to hear about the neck injury.Well, its just as stiff and painful as yesterday, woke up every 20min or so last night. Had to reschedule another job today too. I'm pulling the plug for multiple reasons, #1 is worrying about the neck. I'm sure it's nothing to serious but of course I gotta worry. But also, I don't wanna waste a bunch of gear over the next week or 2 just to decide later that I gotta call it quits. I'm dropping everything other then testosterone and I think I'm going to do 1/2 cc 2x week for the next 2 months. Eat healthy, let my body heal up. Once the neck feels good I may experiment with some peptides. So any peptides guys, tell me what you like and why. I know I can maintain my strength as long as my neck gets better fast. I'm tempted to put on a neck brace and do light high rep workouts, like 4x25 on everything but... I don't wanna risk it either. Kinda depressed but il figure it out
So the pain is in my neck, but when it gets bad, the pain travels into my shoulder on the same side of my neck and down my back a bit. It's also a little swollen looking on the side of my neck and trap. That said, it's better today then it was day 1. I was kinda leaning towards pinched nerve but I'm no expert. Because it slowly seems to be getting better I've not made any appointments but chiropractor would be top of the list. Providing you’re not having shooting pain down your arm, it sounds like a sprain/ strain to me.
How do I know? I’m a chiropractor myself and have seen this story hundreds of times.
This should be an easy fix and I highly suggest seeing a chiropractor certified in Active Release technique.
Don’t go see a medical doctor they’re just going to :
1) tell you to not workout
2) give you ibuprofen in high doses (terrible for your liver / GI
3) give you a pain killer / muscle relaxer - addictive and again- liver / GI stress

Sounds like you cricked the neck a bit. Done it a few times. Take some anti-inflammatory for a day or two like extra Curcumin, Vit C, and/or ibuprofen (I only use NSAIDs like ibuprofen for acute injury, which this is) to help get inflammation down. Also take at least 3 walks, at least 10 min, per day - ideally with arms swinging at sides to further move blood around the body. This is the core of Dr. Stuart McGill’s spine rehab, which has worked for me and many others.
If it doesn’t get better or improve in a few days, see a chiro. But I bet money it will continue to improve. Just don’t stay laying down all day - move! More frequent the better.
And forget pizza - make you some steak and eggs!
Yeah sounds like a pinched nerve for sureAlso if it means anything, it does not hurt when I hang my head, hurts a little when I look left, a little more when I look right and really bad when I look up. But there's always a lingering pain there
A little better but not great. I can function. Went back to work yesterday for a half day and did a half day today. Alternating hot and cold with light stretching and using tiger balm before work has been a big help past 2 days. I'm going to try to do a light arm workout and see what happensHow's the neck mate?

Chiro might work, definitely found it effective with my back this year, and I'm someone who has not had great success with chiro for other injuries in the past.

I’ve been fiddling with mk dosing. Currently 12.5 for 5 days on and 2 off. When I take it after my 2 day break I get crippled with lethargy that first day back, every time. Everyone wants to be diced and strong, but the truth is people who successfully do that are succeeding DESPITE not putting on fat and water - not because of it. They would be yet stronger if they focused on powerlifting and adding leverage and weight.

I'm thinking this, I can't lift heavy at the moment, I'm sick of stuffing my face day in and out and I don't need a ripped set of abs but I don't need a gut either. So this is a reasonable amount of food, the short rest high rep sets kinda double as cardio and it's a reprange I have never really used so maybe I can maintain muscle and possibly get a little growth from a new stimulus.That definitely seems like a decent move if you want to get some fat off. I wouldn’t push more than 3k average if it’s inconvenient to do more and you aren’t trying to stay so fluffy.
I don’t have experience with tren but the mere fact that it is neuro toxic and has been show to induce early Alzheimer’s should be enough to stay away.I think getting some opinions and suggestions from multiple ppl and showing him might help keep him off the tren
