Im not sure if this is the right place but i'd scaled the site for an introduction and this was only way i could post one.
I would just like to say hello to everyone and that look forward to gaining some great advice.
I have looked at the site a many of times and thought it was time to join.
My goals are to increase weight and muscle definition. Im quite fortunate at the moment, as im on a military base where all my meals are cooked for me.
I keep my dieting clean but dont calorie count. Im not quite sure of my body fat at present as i have never had it checked.
Im 5'8 and would like to go to 200lb. At the moment im 178-180lb.
I have trained in combat sports virtually all my life and weight trained on and off, but this is the only time that ive really took it serious enough and to eat properly.
My training schedule is=
Mon=chest,shoulders and tris
Tue=back, abs and bis
Wed= legs
Thurs=rest
Then i just repeat the process. I have only just started this routine so im not sure how it will work for me. But so far so good.
I did do nearly 2hrs of hard boxing cardio 3 times a week but have cut that right down as im trying to pack on the weight.
I have done 3 cycles in the past but have been stupid enough not to research as much as what i do now. Thankfully ive had no long term effects.
I do apologise for the long intro and if it has gone into the wrong thread.
