Hey guys! Beginner here looking to possibly get on stuff. Looking to cut down body fat and gain muscle. I've been on a strict deficit and working out intensely 5 times a week for the past 5 months but finally hit a plateau. Ive ready so many things but right now I'm just super confused.

What do you guys reccommend for a stack? I heard clen and winny, but I would like opinions from someone with experience.
