Beginners stack.

Hey guys! Beginner here looking to possibly get on stuff. Looking to cut down body fat and gain muscle. I've been on a strict deficit and working out intensely 5 times a week for the past 5 months but finally hit a plateau. Ive ready so many things but right now I'm just super confused.

Current stats
Male
21 years old
5' 9"
209lbs
20% body fat

What do you guys reccommend for a stack? I heard clen and winny, but I would like opinions from someone with experience.

Thanks.

How much of a deficit? What does your daily macronutrient profile look like?

Post up your macros and we can go from there. However, it's hard to recommend anything but diet if you're at 20% bodyfat simply because diet alone can get you another 8 points without much work at all.

Don't focus much on macronutrients. My intake has been at 2000 which I keep high protein low fat low carb.

Protein intake for a day is about 130 grams.

Edit: just in case

I'm also on oxy elite
4g of cla
1800 mg of fish oil
Multi vitamins
And compound 20

drop to 12-15 bf then think about ph's. higher bf% = more possible risk for gyno. also higher bf% could possibly make you have higher bp through out cycle. I'd get fat burner and shed 5% in 2 months. in that 2 months time do your research.

What if just Clen is used? I'm trying hard to shed the body fat but at this point I think I genetically can't. I haven't moved in over a month.

You can def lose weight man. I was 5'9 225 and for years I claimed to not be able to lose weight, found p90x went high protein. And 130g is not high protein..by high protein I mean AT LEAST 1g protein per pound of Bodyweight. Lowish carb and fat, probably 1g carb per pound, maybe even lower, and fat was honestly hard to come by. I dropped to 165 from 225 in about 4 months. Then in the coming 6 months I put on 15~ pounds lbm. No drugs taken aside from a little oxyelite here and there.
Tl;dr you can do it, just fine a diet that works for you and an exercise program to get you started. P90x worked for me because I had a friend to do it with and we competed but you can start anywhere. You also can download any of the insanity series online easily. Good luck!

Your metabolism has likely stalled.

Keep track of macros and bump your calories up for a week, then do a high carb, low fat refeed on Sunday. I'll bet you start to move.

no prohormones or cutting drugs will be advised by any responsible member on this site if your 20% bodyfat.Harder dieting and cardio is what you need to do.I know it sucks man but if your feeling hungry try out intermittent fasting.

For supplements I would recommend yohimbe, lean xtreme, lots of fish oils and caffeine.
Once your down to 15% which should only take about 9-10 weeks more then consider using an EC stack.
If you get down to 12% then maybe use a pH to cut some weight and gain some muscle.

Nothing you take will ever be more worth it than hard work.

130g of protein is only 520 calories. So you've got an additional ~1500 cals that must be made up of carbs or fat, and you claim you're keeping both of them low? That doesn't quite compute. 1500 cals could be 166g of fat, or 375g of carbs or, more than likely, a median in between the two of them, but neither would really be "low" in that case. Actually, with that protein intake, I'd say you're on a low protein diet. You need to track your macros for a few weeks just so you can get a better feeling of what you're taking in. I tracked mine for damn near a year, and at the end of it all when I got tired of it, I could still eat for an entire day and keep a mental tally of my cals, protein, fats, and carbs...the more you log, the more aware you are of what you're taking in.

bolded is part of your problem. And has been mentioned, 2000 calories a day with only 130g protein means either no carbs + 150g fats, or no fats and 400g carbs. So I'd guess that 99% of the issue is diet. 130g if it comes from solid food is an ok protein level, a little more wouldn't hurt. But I have to question if you aren't focusing on macros, whether you are even measuring/weighing foods. Estimation when you are trying to lose fat serious will not work. Spend a month measuring and logging everything that goes into your mouth.

If you at this point need clen to lose anything, then you'll need to stay on clen for life to maintain that fat loss otherwise you'll just gain it back.

well im going to run this for another month and see if i move anywhere.

add in measuring everything.

8am wake up- protein shake
9am Breakfast- oatmeal, 4egg whites, almonds, fruit
11am-12pm 2-3 hours later protein shake/bar or smoothie
1pm 1 hour later I go to the gym
2pm Right after my workout I have a Monster milk immediatly.
2:30pm grilled chicken, whole wheat pasta, some kind of green vegi
4:30- protein bar/shake sometimes tuna
6:30-8 Grillen chicken or some kind of fish or 96% lean ground beef, or 94%lean ground turkey. steamed vegi's and little small amount of almonds. I marinate alot of my food with extra virgin olive oil for the efa's. I stay away from starch at night but if I do have carbs it's fruit
before bed Some kind of slow digesting protein such as casein.

^ heres my diet i started a month and a half ago. gone from 12%bf to 9 and only been on my cycle for 2 weeks (generally takes 2 weeks for some ph's to kick in). It'll be easier for you since it's harder to drop the lower you are. If you eat every 2-3 hours your metabolism doesnt really stop so you will burn more calories. mixed with a thermogenic fat burner i see you getting great results.

also in the gym start trying to finish your workout within an hour. your t levels drop and cortisol goes up after an hour.

Start with light cardio, work your way up, start a solid lifting program and stop eating processed foods, that should get you to atleast 15% bf.

I don't want to make it seem like I'm being lazy and don't want to do any work. I know what it's going to take, but I haven't dropped anything in 6 weeks and that's HIIT and lifting 5 times a week with dieting. And it seems to be a shock after I dropped over 50 pounds in 4 months which is what got me curious in the first place. I appreciate your guys input by the way.

Change your routine. My routine changes weekly as far as order of lifts and different lift to hit each muscle. for trying to lose weight i say do 20 minutes of cardio before you lift to get your heart rate up however you might lose some muscle size.

so both there is an effect of your body adapting to the specific things you are doing, as well as even if you were losing, it doesn't seem like you have a very good handle on exactly what you are eating. You are using a lot less calories being 50 pounds lighter, so potentially needing to adjust calories is no surprise. Or even needing to do a short refeed time (2-3 days), where you don't worry about gaining a pound or two even in that time, then returning to diet.

so.... if you were to go on a clen/winny stack and kept eating + working out like you do today, you'd probably continue to lose weight, right up until you ended the cycle. And at that point, you'd just start gaining weight back anyhow, and have put your body through the cycle for relatively little

I am in a similar boat but thanks to comments on here I won't be going near a cycle for a long time ( if at all). There is no magic pill that will safely make us shed bodyfat and unfortunately its a long hard road, you just gotta stay focused though. Its weird because if you are natural...then putting muscle on is harder than shedding fat however if you want to cycle steroids...then its harder and slower to safely remove fat than put on muscle which people can do a lot quicker. Its up to the individual though and I never judge anyone for their choices, just as long as whatever your goal is you do it as SAFE as possible then its all good. As one of the guys above said gyno and high blood pressure is much more of a risk its honestly not worth it for people with 20% + bodyfat, If you are cutting and lifting you will already have some good muscle by the time your bodyfat is low enough, re-assess then OP.
