Begginers advice!!

Hello, basically I'm first time to the whole weightlifting/body building game! My story goes that I've always been a bit of a slob! Never fat or over-weight the gym has just never interested me! All my friends have been hitting the gym for years and obviously in regards to shape and size I am a lot behind! About a week a go I finished a course of Thai pinkies they done wonders on me! I've now got a decent enough frame to start taking something properly! I have at home some deca, trenbolone & also some test! Obviously I wouldn't stack the tren and deca- and would always use on or the other with the test!
Just the advice I'm looking for is:-
Would I (as it's my first time injecting) get away with a deca on stand alone!
I am 21 yrs old with a receding hair line... Is this likely to increase the chance of me losing hair if I take the test or tren!
All advice would be much appreciated!

I currently eat 160 grams of protein a day
And 2 instant whey shakes!
Weigh in@ 14st
Height 6'1
Thanks

You're 21, just getting in to the gym and want to jump on gear, after already running dbol? I hope you at least know what a proper PCT is and ran it following that.

But to answer your question, don't d!ck around with that stuff A) at your age and B) until you've been in the gym for a while and achieved a lot of natural gains, which come on strong when you first start lifting if you do it properly.

If I were you I wouldn't touch the deca and tren, until you knew what you need to take with them to prevent gyno.

Weight training for a beginner is completely different for that of an experienced lifter. A lot of what you will be going through is nervous system development. Simply put, you're "plugging in" your nervous system to all your muscle fibers. In my opinion, if you were to take a PH this early on, you're setting yourself up for too much growth too fast. You have to also consider the attachment sites (tendons) that grow along* with the muscle in response to stimulus. If your muscles are completely jacked, but where they meet the bone is a bit far behind, you can easily* tear tendons/ligaments.

Natural to start is always a safe choice.

try eating like 300g pro / 300 g carbs for a month or two and see how much weight you gain first.

you'll lose all gains cuz youre not eating enough

who cares where your friends are at as far as bodybuilding goes. Worry about yourself, and stay off the gear bro. I'm going to assume
you haven't researched this enough. And like GP said, you aren't eating nearly enough. I'm dieting and eat more protein than that. Hold onto your gear and save it for a few years. You most likely won't tho, so I'm done, just do yourself a favor and do some more research
on cycling.

Agree with top two posts. Eat properly and train hard until your reach your genetic limit. That is, when you plateau and you can't keep increasing your strength, and then resort to AAS and pro-hormones. However, make sure you do all your research first.

Just to clarify my post was in question for advice! Luckily I am not naive or stuff so thanks for the advice! Any suggestion on supplements that can help natural gains... Like creatine or something cheers

creatine monohydrate, protein and pre-work out for enegry, multi, fish oil. That's pretty much all you need.

I agree with kom01. Hit the weights hard, watch what you put in your mouth and log everything. If you feel the need to supplement start simple with the supps kom01 stated
above, they will still give you the feeling that you are doing something "special" to maximize your workouts. You will see killer gains in a fairly short period of time.

Its also a good idea to see what your body can do on a stand alone basis (no gear) so you have an idea how gear changes your body when you begin the cycle.

I always give the advice b4 gear you need 5-7years of natty lifting. I can say this because i went from 135-190 in 5 years naturally. Then after i knew about diet, training, dedication, pct , gear, THEN AND ONLY THEN did i start SAFELY cycling. JUmping on test and/or deca/tren without having lifting experience qualifies you for mental retardation. Im not trying to mess with you man i just see alot of people on here hurt their bodies so im trying to help you. Keep us posted start a thread in a lifting or diet log and log your progress and in 2 month you will be like damn i feel good and look better.
