So before I F myself up, wanting to make sure everything is in check... My 1st post here, Ive been reasearching AAS for about a year.
History: Lifting on and off last 10 years. 8 years ago went to state for weighlifting at 5'10" for 138lb weightclass. Spent next 6 years still not knowing what I was doing but managed to gain 12lbs and loose all my strength.
Last 2 years Ive been working on eating and doing heavy compounds. Did Starting Strength, and went up in weights alot, also gained alot of fat. Was up to 190 Last 3 months Ive been trying to loose fat while maintaining strength and muscle. I weighed 175 this morning... est 12-15% BF.
Squat 275x5
Bench 205x5
DL 315x5
Sad that they looked almost that high 8 years ago.
Anyways:
*Cycle is basic 500 Test C for 8 weeks.
For PCT I'm still debating on what to do.
I could use just Clomid and Nolva, and only for PCT, or maybe use clomid at low dose for gyno/puffiness.
Or should I save both of those and just an AI and use that low dose for gyno/puffy?
I'm starting to think It's mainly a money debate, with the AI being more expensive and better.
