yes being honest i see a change. you look tanner . you arms look bigger. your ab section looks better and youve lost fat. your abs are more prominant. back is nice but it could use some work. your arms are huge. keep it up

yeah lats look better. abs are more defined. look more cut everywhere maybe from tan. arms dont look that much better but did improve slightly. where you trying to cut? Everyone wants to know more. and........WELCOME!
 
Good work man. Nice size and bf reduction. What's the time span between the pics and what's your training/supp regimin?
 
Well the time was about a 2 month or change... i did a split routine.. did chest back, bi's tris, shoulders legs.... was kind of tired in the gym during the summer from having to work all day... i will be doing another hardcore training session in Jan... have that whole month off from school and will have nothing to do but train.. so those pics will be posted too... as for supps.. protein, creatine, NO-Xplod and then i did a 5 week PP/SD... again thanks for welcoming me and i will be posting more pics later.. got a lil less defined during the season looking forward to getting back to shape... and the stats... 5'10 205lbs bench 335, squat 475, about 9-10% bf now
 
ill make sure i keep u all updated here soon.. have some after the season pics and then train hard and put up some afters!
 
good improvement. You must see the obvious changes, especially in the front double bi pose.. not to mention your back is much thicker.

Don't be so hard on yourself, unless you are practicing false humility, which I like. :)
 
Well the last time i did maxes and stuff for football.. I was 5'10" 205 LBS, Bench 340, Squat 470, Clean 290, Vertical 33 inches, 40 - 4.65
 
Good Job...ok from here on.

1. Leave your arms out of this and focus on...

2. Back - Deads, Rows, Chins,

3. Legs - Squat, Squat and more squats.

4. Chest - pump it up baby! :D

Your arms don't need any more of a workout.....trust me. Remember you are only as strong as your weakest muscle.
