Oh well then you only have to hold it for a few more days. my birthday is Friday. I am going to be 46 years medium... Young ain't right and damn it neither is old. So I am going to be 46 years medium...

You sir are in your prime... I always say I'm at my best strength now at 41. I still have a majority of my physical strength but the wisdom to apply to life is the real strength. In our 40s we have a good balance of wisdom and physical power :)
