Beelze training log

Ok Beezlebub....the clen/T3 combo is causing me to lose muscle. Whats it doing to you. I'm doing all this to look like a figure competitor when I work the Olympia. What can I do thats safe for women to gain muscle..legal or illegal;)

how much T3 are you taking? and hopefully you aren't starving yourself. how much cardio per week? overtraining in the weight room perhaps? lots of factors to consider here. my combo isn't doing anything negative as i'm still getting stronger each workout while dropping weight. however, i'm taking proper precautions in regards to keeping my strength in regards to the compounds being used. this may not be the route you are looking for.

I'm only taking 25mcg of T3. No I'm not starving myself. I only do about 3 20 min cardio sessions a week. Overtraining...uhm, nope not me..I am still getting somewhat stronger it just seems like my muscle is getting smaller. I want a nicely muscled but feminine look. What precautions do you speak of? I'm willing to try a steroid to gain it but it has to be female friendly:blink: I upped my clen to 3 drops and still feel no racing heart anymore..as I did it I head you typing..1 drop you crack freak..lo

if you're getting stronger, it's safe to assume you're not dropping muscle, instead you're dropping bodyfat (this is good BTW). so yes, you may 'appear' smaller but this is nothing more than dropping bodyfat. i've lost size everywhere as well but i'm concentrating on my strength, as it is increasing in all areas, which is my sole indicator of determining if the weight i'm dropping is fat and/or muscle. sounds like you're doing everything right if you're maintaining or increasing strength in some or all areas.

WOW you are definitely getting cut up!!! Hope the shoulder feels better. I'm in the same boat, my back hurts like hell from yesterday so no workout today. But mine is just muscle soreness. You are already a muscle extravaganza!!!

funny, I threw my shoulder out a few nights ago Ragdolling one of my friends at work. Were you going Lex Luger on Hula? ;) Get the shoulder horn and use that **** when you get up in the morning. It's good stuff.

dicing up nicely palsy walsy.

thanks brutha. i look forward to the weekly weigh-in and measurements more and more as time passes.

thanks crader and nycste.

ubi, what's a shoulder horn?

I'm not your sugarpants but here's a shoulder horn ;)

I rehabbed with it when I tore all the ligaments in my shoulder years ago, this thing is very effective at getting your mobility back.

Hey big man i posted a pic of me in my clen thread. If you could critique it with any supp ideas to help me get my goal..Which by the way is a female pleasing form with definition like Ubi

I want to be jaw dropping, and nicely muscled with good strength and a 6 pack

went to the gym today with intentions of carrying on as normal, and that didn't make it past the first warmup set with 35's on flat dumbbell (figures, the 35's. remember the other story from last week?). anyhoo, took some advice from an older powerlifting cat who had gone through multiple shoulder injuries over the years and did 3 different movements with light dumbbells as instructed (one of which resembles that shoulder horn thing). no sh!t, 2 hours later and a couple loud pops, 90% of the pain is gone and i have full ROM again. fvcked around the rest of the workout and did high rep stuff and some lower partial reps on hammer strength bench as the full rep hurt too much. i figure i'll d!ck around on monday's workout as well to keep things on an even level (A and B workouts), then resume my normal work on wednesday, picking up where i left off today.

oh, and 240.5lbs this morning. :D thanks all for the comments, means a lot when aiming for a goal.

get that shoulder horn and you will prevent it from happening again, provided you use it consistently, (like every day, in the morning)... The **** is a life saver for someone like me with chronic rotator problems.

Keep up the good work killer! How has your BP responded the drop in BF?

haven't checked it lately. last time was 116/70, but was at 275lbs or so with blood pressure meds. my goal is to drop the weight and the meds and still keep it low. rest assured, my main reason for this leaning out is due to health issues.

If you haven't kicked the newports, I will personally dropkick you from the top rope. I've been training for just such a thing. It's pretty much my fatality.. the UbiDrop.

over 3 months ago brutha. the deciding factor for those was a high rep squat set, 405 x 20 would've happened if i was able to breathe after 12. from that moment on, i haven't touched any sort of smoke. thanks for the offer though ;)

I'd rather have it be a evening gown match, but that's just me...

...good luck with dropping the meds, beelze

Nice thought and I'm sure Ubi could pull it off....but Beelze....ummm not so much....sorry big fella, I wouldn't want to see you in a pair of stillettos.......:toofunny:

shoulder is a little better but nowhere near 100%. i'll give it another run on wednesday. today i just screwed around with lower body and bi's. i'm considering this required time off at the moment and the workouts aren't strenuous in the slightest.

afterwards,
30 mins cardio

Jesus...that ain't you is it beelze? Gettin lean there brutha. And, you freggin' pecs looks even more ginormongo now that you're leaner.

You're inspiring me. One day I just might start working out more than once every three weeks and put the ice cream down.

FWI-

I believe I was the person to jump your case 3 months ago when you hacked up the Newport reference then. Glad to see my smear the queer tactics are still aiding in your overall health! Ubidrop, GO!

Beelze, you know with being smaller (lower bf%) and still throwing around insane amounts of weights will make you more prone to injury...I'm still not confident in my lower back and my legs are lacking because of it...

...good luck with the recovery.

thanks guys, and yeah motiv8tr, ubi and yourself jumped on me for that one. that didn't phase me at all though, lol. i needed a reason for myself and high rep squats gave me that reason.

pumpingiron, you're right but i had figured that since everything i do now is with a 2/3 rhythm that i had a little more room to avoid injury. none of the weights i'm lifting now are insane compared to my former lfits, most are at 50%. nonetheless, i hadn't taken time off in a while and i guess it catches up eventually.

What are you taking for joint support, besides cissus I assume? My right elbow and shoulder have been bothering me ever since I tried 11-OXO

haven't taken cissus in a loooong time. as of yesterday, i added 1500mg glucosamine and 2G's of calcium into the daily routine. figured it can't hurt and upon further inspection my diet, i was getting minimal calcium.

anyhoo,
45 mins cardio yesterday

today -
hammer iso-wide 2/3 (30 second breaks) - (4) 360 x max, (2) 270 x max, i can only do lower half partials without aggravating my shoulder but i'm still getting a pretty good workout from it after a few sets.
rear delt flies on pec deck - 100 x 15
overhead rope pressdown 2/3 - 180 x 13 (up 10lbs and 1 rep)
CG v-handle pulldowns 2/3 - 210 x 11 (up 2 reps)
deads - picked up the bar and felt a shoulder twinge, nope.

heavy abs (extreme decline situps w/ 80lbs dumbbell x 9)

30 mins cardio
