Thanks man! It's actually not a good pic. I had a great session and looked rip. First workout with modern pre. Extremely good pump with that max reps In it. Between that and The Andromax I looked freaking swole.

Heck yea I am. It took me a bit to get moving around. I did a lot of work yesterday. I built a wood storage stool for my little girl's room so I did a lot of wood work yesterday. Lot of cutting and a lot of sanding. I was pretty tired.

Ever since I took that modern pre I've been having a killer headache. When ever I sneeze I feel like I'm going to have an aneurism. I wonder if there are to much nitrates for me or something.

My headache finally subsided. Took forever. Not sure what the deal was with that.

Side note. Today is the last day I'm drinking pop. I've been saying this for a while but on my pct I'm gonna do some serious cutting and I need to get the cravings down. A discussion came up today on solutions. During the discussion we got onto fructose in the body. The body apparently does not know how to process fructose. So, it converts it all to fat. I know I've read that or something over the years but it somehow was really loud today.

2 products for you to try. Ive switched over to them. Either Lacroix or Dasani. They're carbonated, fruit flavored waters, with no sugar OR artificial sweeteners, therefore NO FRUCTOSE!!!! Plus, the carbonation helps to kill the soft drink cravings, especially when eating!!

I was thinking running Epicurus or something like that and just cutting carbs. I'm not talking a huge cut stack or anything like that. THE MONSTARran Epicurus and said itd probably make a good addition to pct.
 
Epicurus is legit I ran it too, stack with BPS Androcrine, Epicat and Laxo compliment each other well. Epicat is absorbed well orally and Laxo is said to be better transdermal and that's what Androcrine is.

My headache was with me when I woke up. I'm not sure if I'm getting sick or what. Hopefully I can still kill the gym. Pwo today is one scoop jack3d one scoop conquered unleashed. That should do the trick.

So I had a short and crappy lift. Was wanting to do more legs and heavier back stuff but my headache would not pass. I did the best I could with out killing myself.
On my squats I put atg beside them. This isn't just below parallel. This is a full butt touches ankles,pause,back up. I can't remember if I said that before.

Again a very short session and not a lot of stuff going on. But I figured it's better to go in then not go at all.
 
I was saying nice to the power house female that goes to his gym... As for the workout, our numbers are very similar. Now we just gotta axe that headache you keep getting.
 
I still have it. But not nearly as intense. I think dehydration may have been an issue. I drank somewhere around 70 ounces or so of water since I've been. I know it's not a lot but I'm getting up there. Gonna try and flood my system. Lol. I've also taken some Tylenol. I think I'm fighting off a cold. My entire family was sick one after the other and I never got it. I'm hoping this is not the beginning. Going on a trip this weekend and I don't want to be sick.

It's mainly focused on top of my head and runs down the sides/back and Into my neck.

No workout today. Not my choice. Headache was more intense than ever this morning. Pain all around and behind my eyes. Lights hurt, sound hurt, moving hurt. The misses said it sounds like a migraine. Gave me some medicine and I took a six hour nap. Now it's down to a little normal headache. Just in time for my classes to start. I think it was just a way for my body to say "hey, dumba$$. We need a break."

He's probably asleep, he gets up stupid early. But once you get dome with the standard presses, drop the Dumbells to your chest, push them together and press them up, all the while while trying to maintain a squeeze to keep the dumbells together. Make sense?
