It's been more than 12 hours since my workout and I'm feeling great. Not sore at all. I guess in not working out hard enough. Let's see how the week goes running full Body all week.

I am however exhausted. I hope I sleep tonight. Will probably take a few zzzquil. ;)

So I did my higher rep day and burned out some muscles. Freaking killed arms. I didn't record any number when i did arms cause I was just bouncing all over the gym doing giant super sets. Left with a ridiculous pump and heavy arms. My legs were a tad sore but I worked it out on the leg press. My upper back hurts a bit but it's from an old injury. Just aggravated it a bit today. For some reason when I do straight bar curls it cramps up real bad.

So I had a crappy lift this morning. Didn't even write anything down. Honestly I was so tired but it needed done. I've been laying tile and doing a lot of house work before school starts and I'm tired. I have two more projects to do before school and it's going to be intensive. I have to build a front porch and I need to build a canopy for my fishtank.

But, I have a dilemma. I need another surgery on my hand. My hand is asleep most of the day and now it's starting to cramp up real bad. As I'm typing my wrist is still killing me and my thumb is numb so I'm finger effing the screen. I could push the surgery off a couple weeks and finish therapy and see if that helps. But if it doesn't I'll need the surgery. Or I could get the surgery next week and get it done. I don't want to stop lifting and who knows how long I'll be out again. I was really hoping I wouldn't need it. I have 10 days left on this bottle and a whole second bottle waiting. This is suppose to be an 8 week run. Not four. School starts the 22.

Do I get the surgery out of the way and miss a few weeks lifting? Do I finish my therapies and schedule the surgery while schools in? I can't work if my hands numb. Well in my line of work I can't.

Side note. I was 181 this morning. I'm not so much gaining weight as I want but that's a good thing. What I'm gaining is solid. I'm putting on size and muscle mass. I'm also noticing some of my fat disappearing. This is very dry size. I'm really liking it.

Brother, Im going to give you my honest opinion, that Im basing off my own experience. The bad thing is, it's probably exactly what you DONT want to hear. Get the surgery done. If they've already told you that its needed, do it. I have delayed so many issues, and allow them to continue, and it only gets worse. I have a torn rotator cuff now, been that way a year, and Ive dropped 5lb weights when I turn just the right angle. I cant bench flat with heavy weight, because it will not allow me too, and anything over 65lbs on a dumbell press, chest or shoulder, has to be handed to me because I cant manage to rotation to get them into the starting position. Or how about the ankle I kept cutting the cast off of when I was a teen, and now its 1.5X larger than my left, permanently, and causes issues every day. So when I Say Im 38 and old, its previous injuries that were never cared for properly that make me feel that way. I have arthritis in my knees, ankle and several fingers, and at last count, 16 spurs on and in just the right ankle. Im sure the people that awarded you this log will completely understand the dilemma you are in and allow you to hold off on the other bottle. With that being said , schedule the surgery, and continue your projects and lift as heavy and often as you can until that day. Once youve been released to start again , you'll have a bottle of an awesome product waiting for you, and muscle memory is a great thing to have. Good luck brother, but do what's best for you in the long run
 
Agree with Titan , often in America we don't practice preventative care and only care for the ailments we have at that time . Get the surgery done , recover and when your ready get another bottle of andromax if you want and run it the full 8 weeks . Right now you're not letting anyone down by calling it quits and I think that's a big misconception for someone in your position who is logging a product . We don't have any expectations of you and your health should allways come before something like AM . Do what needs to be done and have no regrets . You don't want to go on a few years and have permanent damage to your hand to the point surgery won't even fix it , trust me .

The last 24 hrs have been really crappy. I've been working pretty hard and my hand is pretty cramped up. Can't squeeze anything at all. This is normal and usually works itself out. But it hasn't. And the numbness is still there. It's not as bad as it was but its there.

That being said I spent the morning at the doctors. Good news too. I got a Celestone and lidocaine shot in my wrist between two nerves. The doctor said that it is just like a cortisone shot and should knock out all of the swelling and alleviate my issues. He said if it works and it should I'll have about an 80-85% chance that my hand will return to Normal. Meaning no numbness and no surgery!! He seems optimistic about it.
There are negatives however. My hand is super numb right now and I can't grasp anything to save my life. He said this would happen as he just put a bunch of crap in my wrist.

I didn't work out this morning and I'm definitely not going to be able to today since that shot. I'd like to get a lift in tomorrow but I don't think it'll work. So I guess I'm on rest days til Monday. Super sucky cause I just got the conquered unleashed.

I did an actual woo hoo dance when I got home. When doctor said this should work and you probably won't need surgery I was like :nah nah nah can't touch this: lol.

So I haven't been a great AM guy the last couple days. I'm sorry. Tuesday I had a great workout. I'm trying to incorporate some higher volume lifts after reading that article on the apps news page. I only did about 6 routines but I did 8-10 sets of 10 reps each. Freaking pumped and swole the rest of the day. Wednesday I spent the day with misses and ended up not lifting.
 
Got to the gym this morning and did another higher volume routine. Minimal rest periods and pushed myself pretty hard.

The abs sucked. I was freaking killing the slam ball then I would superset it with I think they're called Romanian twists? I'd hit those til my abs were killing me then a few more til I saw spots. A minute rest and hit it again. I was trying to through the ball through the floor not just picking it up and dropping it down. All in all a good day.

I'll hit it again tomorrow. I love doing chest now. The pump is awesome. I weighed 179.5. The weight is not piling up but I'm getting bigger. Judging by how much I'm eating I think I'm destroying some fat. Personally still feel pretty pudgey around the midline and I'm extremely unhappy with it. I have exactly four days left on bottle one. I guess I missed a few doses here and there cause I should be out on Sunday. One bottle two I will be in school and starting a new work schedule so I'm going to really clean up my diet. Time to get ripped and Spartan up!

I am actually stopping some of my staple supps and just lifting and eating to save up to import some Epimax and Andromax for a 7week stacker just looking to harden up and recomp

This stuff is amazing! My recovery is dramatically increasing. Rest time is getting shorter and shorter. A huge negative is that I'm growing faster than my wrist is recovering. My body can handle the weight however my wrist can not. On chest today I had to limit my presses due to wrist pain. I think I'm gonna lower all my benches by 20lbs or so and go for higher reps to build strength. On my flys today I used a different rack and the weights were different so I only did 60 and it was pretty heavy. My wrist hurt with every rep. But I think it might be my wrap constricting me a bit. I took it off when i did my bi/tri sets and it felt fine. Over all it was a good lift. I'm gonna try lifting a little later in the morning now. So I'll get some protein in me when I wake up and I think this will help with my new diet a bit.

Here's today's numbers. Take a look at my deadlift. New PSR (post surgery record) I'm getting stronger every week on deadlift. That's 20lb more than Monday.

I have some 4 week nudes coming up. It doesn't look like much progress but I feel better. I am noticing however that my back is getting a lot more tender and I'm experiencing some pain throughout the day. Not so much back pumps but close. I'm going to start supplementing extra taurine throughout the day.

I know it's just a number but I'm only 180 now. I am getting a little leaner I think. I just gotta get rid of the fat on my stomach. Ugh. I hat dieting.

You are looking at yourself with too much criticism... I don't see fat on your stomach you look like you are already rocking that Adonis belt brother. Like Fire Titan said looking lean and your numbers say you are strong
 
Had to google Adonis belt. Never heard that before. Thanks red. If I'm not critiquing myself no one will. I'm in way better shape than all my friends, well my friends in town. My AM family puts me to shame. Lol. I found a pic of me from a few years ago flexing. I had decent abs and had a little definition but I remember taking that pic too. I was no where near as strong then as I am now. I'm happy with how I'm progressing strength wise I just need to clean up a bit a trim some fat. Who knows maybe one day I'll compete ;)

Are you currently eating at a deficit or in a slight surplus?

No. I'm just eating. Honestly I thought I would be eating enough to gain weight. I'm not recording my macros. What I think is happening is I'm eating to much fat. My carbs are probably less than 200 a day but so is my protein. Starting tomorrow I'll start logging my food and watching how my macros look. I'll go for a few days of normal eating to see what I'm doing then I'll adjust my diet. The biggest part of what we do is diet. So it's time to Spartan up.
 
I wouldnt say I have poor nutrition. I just don't have the best get in shape nutrition right now. Lol. I'm eating everything but trying not to eat everything. You know what I mean? Lol
 
Such a problem for me too! My last couple of weeks has been the hardest, but you and I will get though this. My boy Alpha1agreda sent me a $60 a week diet plan, its spot on with plenty of food and great macros, Ive just been to lazy to start it.
 
The last diet plan I held in my hands was a mass building diet. It's pretty intense. Lot of food. But it's very well organized and thought out. If I had kept with it I know I would be bigger but I want more definition.

I got on my fitness pal this morning and adjusted all my details and goals. I have a lot of work ahead of me. I set it to gain half a pound a week which I think I will more than do. But I set my goal weight at 185. I'm 180 now. Here's what it says to do.
