It's been more than 12 hours since my workout and I'm feeling great. Not sore at all. I guess in not working out hard enough. Let's see how the week goes running full Body all week.
I am however exhausted. I hope I sleep tonight. Will probably take a few zzzquil.![]()
Had a great lift this morning. Super sore going to bed. Not so much waking up and very little working out.

So I had a crappy lift this morning. Didn't even write anything down. Honestly I was so tired but it needed done. I've been laying tile and doing a lot of house work before school starts and I'm tired. I have two more projects to do before school and it's going to be intensive. I have to build a front porch and I need to build a canopy for my fishtank.
But, I have a dilemma. I need another surgery on my hand. My hand is asleep most of the day and now it's starting to cramp up real bad. As I'm typing my wrist is still killing me and my thumb is numb so I'm finger effing the screen. I could push the surgery off a couple weeks and finish therapy and see if that helps. But if it doesn't I'll need the surgery. Or I could get the surgery next week and get it done. I don't want to stop lifting and who knows how long I'll be out again. I was really hoping I wouldn't need it. I have 10 days left on this bottle and a whole second bottle waiting. This is suppose to be an 8 week run. Not four. School starts the 22.
Do I get the surgery out of the way and miss a few weeks lifting? Do I finish my therapies and schedule the surgery while schools in? I can't work if my hands numb. Well in my line of work I can't.
Side note. I was 181 this morning. I'm not so much gaining weight as I want but that's a good thing. What I'm gaining is solid. I'm putting on size and muscle mass. I'm also noticing some of my fat disappearing. This is very dry size. I'm really liking it.
Agree with Titan , often in America we don't practice preventative care and only care for the ailments we have at that time . Get the surgery done , recover and when your ready get another bottle of andromax if you want and run it the full 8 weeks . Right now you're not letting anyone down by calling it quits and I think that's a big misconception for someone in your position who is logging a product . We don't have any expectations of you and your health should allways come before something like AM . Do what needs to be done and have no regrets . You don't want to go on a few years and have permanent damage to your hand to the point surgery won't even fix it , trust me .
Thanks guys I really appreciate the input. Me and my wife talked about it and we both want me to finish therapy and see how it goes. We don't want me under the knife again. The last 24 hrs have been really crappy. I've been working pretty hard and my hand is pretty cramped up. Can't squeeze anything at all. This is normal and usually works itself out. But it hasn't. And the numbness is still there. It's not as bad as it was but its there.
That being said I spent the morning at the doctors. Good news too. I got a Celestone and lidocaine shot in my wrist between two nerves. The doctor said that it is just like a cortisone shot and should knock out all of the swelling and alleviate my issues. He said if it works and it should I'll have about an 80-85% chance that my hand will return to Normal. Meaning no numbness and no surgery!! He seems optimistic about it.
There are negatives however. My hand is super numb right now and I can't grasp anything to save my life. He said this would happen as he just put a bunch of crap in my wrist.
I didn't work out this morning and I'm definitely not going to be able to today since that shot. I'd like to get a lift in tomorrow but I don't think it'll work. So I guess I'm on rest days til Monday. Super sucky cause I just got the conquered unleashed.
Here's to hoping everything works out. Now I can get back to focusing hard on training. YAY
I did an actual woo hoo dance when I got home. When doctor said this should work and you probably won't need surgery I was like :nah nah nah can't touch this: lol.
Pretty quiet weekend here. Didn't do much just some more stuff around the house. Didn't get a lift in at all but I feel like I worked my bones pretty hard all weekend. This mornings lift was great. I did not want to do squats at all but I sucked it up and squatted. I did a few sets where I went to a full stop on the safeties and then went back up. They kill my legs. I also beasted my deads. Pulled 415. It was pretty easy. I'm getting a lot stronger.

I'm not happy with how I look. I'll be honest. But for the sake of the log im posting 4 week updates. This is about 1.5 hrs post gym and I've already had a bunch to drink and a snack.

Thanks Titan. I'm working hard. I really wanted to put on more weight. But it's just not coming on. I'm eating a lot too but I don't think it's enough. Or maybe it's the wrong stuff. I know it's just a number but I'm only 180 now. I am getting a little leaner I think. I just gotta get rid of the fat on my stomach. Ugh. I hat dieting.
Had to google Adonis belt. Never heard that before. Thanks red. If I'm not critiquing myself no one will. I'm in way better shape than all my friends, well my friends in town. My AM family puts me to shame. Lol. I found a pic of me from a few years ago flexing. I had decent abs and had a little definition but I remember taking that pic too. I was no where near as strong then as I am now. I'm happy with how I'm progressing strength wise I just need to clean up a bit a trim some fat. Who knows maybe one day I'll compete![]()
