By the way, are you still dosing everything the same? From what I can tell that epi really works for you. I wouldn't expect the ostarine to be responsible for most of whats happening here...Unless you are also an ostarine super responder...

When taking epi at 500-1000mg without the Osta I get a great workout.. But when I add the OSTA at 10-20 mg with the Epi, I get a Amazing Workout! With the crazy Pumps in Shoulders,Lats,Arms,and Chest.. Also When adding the Osta My joints feel so good after workouts..

HUH! Maybe they just complement each other really well...Osta used to work really well for me, nothing crazy but it made me feel full and ready. Perhaps ill consider this for a bridge at one point or another. I wonder how LGD and EPI combine together.
 
I honestly hadnt heard of that brand until your log haha. Their products are a bit on the expensive side but they look legit. Id be down to run a log on their 11-kt spray sometime after my cycle or sometime during it, I just purchased some Icon-11 so I cant really justify spending that money on the spray yet. Which of their products would you say bring the most bang for the buck? Also, do they have sales at some point during the year? I might snag some if the prices look better.

You right they are expensive, and I purchased there epi on Black Friday sale.. Join there email listing, and I am pretty sure they will have a Easter sale. This is my first time using there product and there Epi seem to be pretty solid..

Before cardio this morning I will have oatmeal,1 Large Orange, 2 Yohimbine, 4 Tribulus, applying Abliderated to Stomach,Legs,and back.

I hear you on that. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to say I'm 10% bf or sub 10%, but I'm more concerned with the mirror and definition. You are definitely killing it brother.
 
Yeah this guy is putting on an absolute clinic in here. If you ever wanted to know your short comings, just look at his workouts and gym work ethic. Killing it brother

It depends on the what body part I am working on. Chest Incline Dumbbell 55lbs,/ Reps 35,30, 25.. Signal arm Incline dumbbell press/Reps 20,20,15. Increase weight 75-80lbs Reps 11,8,8,5.
 
I had Cup coffee,oatmeal,2 Oranges,1 banana, half gallon of water. Start my workout with 1-Arm dumbbell Row 11sets in 30min. Resting for a hour before I go to the Gym, Chest and Back.
 
So um....have you registered those guns?? I dont see a permit in those pics....
 
Damn, nice arms. Looking swole up. Let's see those crazy abs. I need some motivation to make mine show up to the game.
