BEAST73/Cleveland 8 Weeks Journey! EpiBeta and OSTAR1NE

A-****ING-MEN. Oh and some patience forsureeeee. By the way , what did you think of Epi? What would you highlight as its positive effects, its sides and any other info you gathered during this run. Idk if youve seen my plan but im currently planning on using it for my own cycle, although stacked as ****. Im looking for effects other than anabolism, I got that covered.

Epi is really good in Shedding fat, increasing strength, increasing aggression and recovery. But I believe it should be stack with the right supplement to get the full potential and keeping gains after the PCT.. I have not experienced any sides with Epi.. When I increase the Osta to 25mg for a week I notice drop in Libdio..
 
Awesome! Itll fit my lean bulk/recomp perfectly then! I was worried the sides might get a little bad on top of the Methyldiazirinol and the TDs but considering how long you ran this for without ANY side effects, I think ill be ok and ill add the stack you are speaking of....and then some haha

hazard12, by looking at your Experience with weight training, game plan, and size.. You are about to make some Big Gains and more!
 
Thanks brother! Considering where I am starting and what Im looking at, this will probably go down as the most impacting cycle of my lifting career. Luckily, I have a good amount of people giving me solid advice and the entire AM community to call me out on BS hahaha Having said that, I am really excited to see what this stack can do...I haven't found anyone else running such a comprehensive stack of natty and hormonal anabolics and ergogenics yet. Some of it might be overkill but thats where SCIENCE comes in...And I dont mean broscience...I mean evidence, MY evidence.

Wow, thats still mad weight for that amount of sets man....As a biochemist my instinct is to ask you for a DNA sample...Im honestly curious how TF your body is built like that hahah. Keep it up man! I cant wait for your next bulking cycle...I bet those are just gross to look at haha

LOL! I have been doing this workout plan for the last 17 years.. I believe in light weight and volume, its the best for muscles,joints, lungs,heart, and longevity in the Gym..

Yooo, you know whats up man! Could you recommend me a similar workout program for my upcoming cycle? PM me if youd like. This is exactly the kind of stuff I need! I trained with heavy weights my entire life and it was fun but it costed me literally an arm and a leg...This time I want to maximize the gains but I also want to keep my joints healthy (I actually would like to improve my joints and tendons which is why my stack is the way it is) and work on my endurance and elasticity. If anything I was thinking of having 1 heavy day every 2 weeks just to see how my strength gains are going but the rest I want it like yours.

Front Barbell Press/7sets
One Arm DB Row/7sets
Seated Lat Pull Down/11sets
Seated Cable Row/5sets
Bent-over/Upright Row/10sets

Before work I had two boiled/Bake Chicken Thighs and rice. Eating the same thing after workout. I also dose Epibeta 375mg OSTA 5mg, applied AA to stomach. I was so focus in the Gym tonight..

This morning before going to work, I dose Epibeta 625mg and OSTA 5mg.. Doing chest/back tonight and before workout I will dose Epi 375mg OSTA 5mg, and applying Abliderated to stomach..
 
I had a killer Chest and Back workout this morning! When people see me outside of the gym, they ask me some crazy questions.. How much you bench,do you workout every day, I can slam you, I can beat you in Arm wrestlings, do you play football, do you take steroids, and more crazy things that I can't post on here..

Hilarious! I get the questions IN the gym! Arent you too old to be lifting that kinda weight? Dont you think you should lose some weight? Dont you think you lost enough? People are nosey, annoying, and nuts!

I think we all get wierd questions. #1 is were you get your roids. I just say thanks for the compliment but I don't use them,
I hope I look as good as you when I'm old.
Can you look over my workout. Nicely say no unless I see them putting in the work on a consistent basis. I use the old it's just trial and error, you will figure it out.
Can you tell me what I need to work on.
What are you sipping on? I want to be as big as you.

Lol can you blame them though? They have no idea you were born a demi-god...idk how you plan on explaining that one buddy...Just go with "My genetics could eat your genetics for breakfast and still go workout cause its not even half full" BAM...****ers better walk the **** away

You look like a pro lifter . Plus you are probably bigger than 3/4 of the roster at the gym .

I haven't exercise since Sunday, and this morning was the first day back in the gym.. I was struggling with my Shoulder and back workout, but I pushed through it. I am really leaning out, and My long sleeve Superman shirt don't fit me like it did before. I will be doing ABS,Glutes, Barbell incline,Decline, and Cardio Tomorrow..
 
Soooo let me get this straight...You have slimmed down considerably yet your weight is 1lb less than it used to be....SOOOO are those chickens you were eating raised on a heavy TREN diet or whats the catch here???

I tell everyone, When I eat the boil chicken I lose 5-8 pounds and My body get leaner.. Lol!
 
So you are telling me that your genetics also come with a built in lifehack? Beast+Boiled Chicken = Shred?

That's a win win, when you are getting leaner and keeping the weight on. Keep killing it brother. I'm in the same boat as my weight is slow to move on the scale put I can see I'm definitely getting leaner and way more definition.
 
By the way, are you still dosing everything the same? From what I can tell that epi really works for you. I wouldn't expect the ostarine to be responsible for most of whats happening here...Unless you are also an ostarine super responder...
