My Chicken diet is boil chicken. 3 gallon pot, I add 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, 1/2 cup Garlic powder, and 1/2 cup Tony's seasoning..

cwages, This is my 3 cycle in the last 5 years.. I am running Epibeta 500-1000mg and Ostar1ne 10-20 mg daily.. Also I am applying Abliderated before workouts. Thanks Brother!
 
I did cardio this morning, and dosing 2 yohimbine, Applying Abliderated to Stomach,and after workout I took 5 Tribulus..

Elliptical/20min
Treadmill/7miles

Tomorrow Shoulders/Back

I had a Nice clean workout this morning.. Amazing Pumps in Deltoids,Lats, and Traps!

Oh I plan on it, just after I finish this cut and get back from vacation. I need to finish what I started on this cut and get to 10% bodyfat so I have a good base to put some lean mass on. I'll have you guys build me a sick first run.

BEAST73...Nice work!! Since Im not much on the running, Ive decided to do something different for cardio. I have access to some deep woods Powerlines..up and down hill dirt roads that go for miles. RUCK MARCH BABY!!! Cant wait to get that started up!!

I haven't workout since Saturday, and last night I had 4 slices of pizza.. Today after work I will try to get in the gym and hit Shoulders..

Oh I see how it is once you join the Dark side. No workout for a few days, pizza and still looking like a beast. Here I am over here eating like a poster child for feed the hungry children and killing it in the gym to try to drop a few pounds. Keep killing it man. Nice weight of 223, you look bigger than that for sure.

I just read your entire log from page 1 to 20 and your journey has been amazing! You trully are a freak! You eat amounts that would shrivel my muscles and cheat meals that would flab me out AND on top your workouts dont even make sense....I trained with someone just like you throughout college and I ended up injured hahaha. Him? ****ING JACKED at 5'9 about 200lb 15%bf and COMPLETELY NATTY... There should be a whole new category for people like you man...ectomorph, mesomorph, Endomorph, BEASTMORPH!

Thanks Brother! When it come down to the losing weight, gaining lean muscle, strength, power lifting, and good health. I believe that We can achieve those goals if We have a balance Social Life, the right Diet,Sleep, the right Supplements, and the right game plan.

A-****ING-MEN. Oh and some patience forsureeeee. By the way , what did you think of Epi? What would you highlight as its positive effects, its sides and any other info you gathered during this run. Idk if youve seen my plan but im currently planning on using it for my own cycle, although stacked as ****. Im looking for effects other than anabolism, I got that covered.
