I had a great workout tonight! Dosing Epibeta 875 and OSTAR1NE 10mg, also this morning I did 2 Yohimbine, applied Abliderated to stomach,thighs,back,and buttocks before cardio. Tomorrow Rest.

I haven't exercise since Sunday, and I haven't gain any weight.. My calories intake for the last 5 days has been 1300 a day. Tomorrow will be Cardio on the Treadmill for 5-7 miles..

Chest Incline Barbell Press/14sets
Chest Flat Barbell Press/7sets

I did My workout at home yesterday and no cardio.. Today will be chest/Back at the gym.. Also yesterday I did 2 Yohimbine 4 tribulus before workout, and after workout I did 3 pumps of Sustain Alpha..

Somethings freaky - I ate beef n eggs n plastic tasting shirataki noodles and you ate a frikin sub. I'm thinking of switching to your diet....:)

Yeah that's not really fair... BEAST73 is on a cut and eats subs and potato chips... I live off of chicken and rice

I ate subs and potato chips too .. along with French fries.. pizza ..cheeseburgers and cheesesteaks .. it did not turn out well .. lmao !!
 
I eat like that once a week, and sometime I have a burger and fries, but the next day is cardio.

I do that once a month.. just helps keep me sane..i really look forward to that day too.. usually the last saturday of the month..
