Nice!!! would love to here how Formabolic holds up to the trest..

It won't, at blast doses. Building on what FP has mentioned, all the anecdotal feedback is that Trest Ace injected 50mg or more ed takes a lot to keep a lid on things. Most people get SICK results w/ 50mg ed in a stack, & 100 is usually too side/gyno-heavy to be manageable for most it seems.

All I'm sayin is pinning 25mg of trest ace ed is more than TRT dosing, & don't be surprised if Forma isn't enough.

That being said, it's legal & seems to be very potent at that - go for it!

Update to the update. Boeing made an offer today. I never thought it would be so low. I don't get it. They want me to go to a country where I have to dress business casual to go walk around a mall, can't have a beer when I want one and I'm a million miles from home... What happened to paying people for that? It's literally half of what I said I'd accept and 30 GRAND less than I would have thought. Kinda upsetting. Guess I'm staying in America. :-)

You can still turn into a hulk here, if that's any consolation :)
 
my company of over 20years got bought out, lay offs started almost immediately, within a year plant was shutdown...my wife and i had inherited a house in terre haute so moved there and sold the family home in indy to our son and his wife....with money from the sale of house we started a lawncare business, best thing that ever happened, we now have 7 full time employees and 5 more when needed.

I'm thinking that gradually tapering up might also work for results. 15mg/daily is twice as strong as TRT. 25mg/daily is plenty to cut or bulk on and since the Formabolic is holding its own at 15mg/day, I may try 25mg/day in a week or so.

I think the key is to not upset the hormones, or in other words avoiding peaks and troughs so ED schedule and two-a-day Form dosing MAY work. Who knows.

Did some various warmup. Got blood in my back and rear delts flowing then the slaughter began.

Db rows. 60x10 70x10 85x10 100x10x3

Meadows rows 3 warm up sets of 10 then 85x10x3

Rack deads. Worked Into a triple then 1 rep every 10 seconds of a triple. 315 was a shade light. Last time I tried 405 was too much. 365 next time I guess

Reverse grip pull overs 3x8 1x4x4x4

Calves. 100 reps of seated and standing in under 2 minutes.

Blood flow blood flow blood flow.


Last night my libido was low. I banged the old lady just so she wouldn't ask any questions... Weird. Idk.

I to do this. I find I recover a lot quicker this way.
 
Too bad we didn't get to do any pulling when you were here, SB, so we could talk shop some on it. But I think that approach is a really smart way to go about the rack deads - for the most part, all the reps after the first end up bouncing off the rack (which breaks the tension anyway on the muscles) or if you dead stop then pull without re-setting you end up pulling more straight-legged/rounded back than you'd like. 10 sec is just enough time to fully reset & gather yourself for a clean pull every time. Any of those 3 methods you'll lose tension on the muscle, so might as well fully reset quickly & be safe as possible.

That's how it should be - but tap n go's on rackpulls are like bouncing a gokart. See it all the time. I've done it. Just doesn't seem to accomplish anything but make me look like a douchebag lol

This is common. Pinching plates or heavy dbell holds or farmers walks at the end of most workouts for a few weeks consistently makes a huge difference & takes about 5-10 min max each time. If that.

My lazy ass needs to start them as well. Doing no cardio for a long time was evident tonight when I was out of breath doing 3x8 @ 185 on dead practice.

Thought of the day. God damn crossfit is bullsh!t. Friend of mine posted a vid on Facebook of her "first" muscle up. She swung her legs so hard that she didn't have to do a pull up and then she never locked out on the dip and the coaches and her counterparts gave her credit for completing the move. That's like breaking the floor but never passing your knees on a dead or doing a negative on a squat or bench. It's not complete. God I hate crossfiters
 
about my previous post, i dont mean to knock people for trying. i just think if they put half the energy they put into crossfit they can have a 10x better physique or competitive lifts. i guess i dont understand what the point is in doing 50 deads in 3 minutes with your 3 rep max when youre torquing wrenching and rounding your back. absolutely dangerous. to each his own. im not hating just bothers me to see people being coddled over a failure being told its legit and they did it and that theyre "sport" is safe and this and that and basically the whole pro cf arguement.

v bar push downs 4 sets warm up through various weights 4 sets +1 triple drop set with a 4011 rep count

giant set
skull crushers x8 reverse grip 1 hand push downs x8 and over head cable extensions x 8 4 laps

quick bicep warm up

giant set
arms braced seated db curls x8 4011 rep count, machine preacher 2011 rep count, bb curls 1011 rep count 4 laps

rope curls off the low cable 4011 rep count 4 sets + a triple drop set

doesnt look like a lot. pump is better than standard meadows 2 giant sets of each after using the slow reps and the static holds.


formabolic has my nips looking semi normal. no issues with gyno. to those that have followed before i do have issues on occasion. looking fairly dry despite a higher sodium intake and hellatious water intake, very humid here this week. if im not here have a good weekend all.

As of Friday I increased my formabolic dose to 6 squirts. Noticed my joints getting crunchy yesterday. My nips are actually more sore now. Oddly. Bigt was mentioning better pumps in the gym while on 6 squirts. Figured I'd follow suit... I'll report my findings on the increased doses throughout the week

i only apply formabolic to chest once a week at most...

imho i don't think sore/itchy nips are from estrogen issues, i think the area around nips are sensitive and get irritated causing the soreness/itchiness. then rubbing and or scratching them can cause increase in prolactin.

this is just my broscience, take it for what it's worth....

I have small pre existing gyno. The more AI I take causes them to tingle at times.
