about my previous post, i dont mean to knock people for trying. i just think if they put half the energy they put into crossfit they can have a 10x better physique or competitive lifts. i guess i dont understand what the point is in doing 50 deads in 3 minutes with your 3 rep max when youre torquing wrenching and rounding your back. absolutely dangerous. to each his own. im not hating just bothers me to see people being coddled over a failure being told its legit and they did it and that theyre "sport" is safe and this and that and basically the whole pro cf arguement.

v bar push downs 4 sets warm up through various weights 4 sets +1 triple drop set with a 4011 rep count
giant set
skull crushers x8 reverse grip 1 hand push downs x8 and over head cable extensions x 8 4 laps
quick bicep warm up
giant set
arms braced seated db curls x8 4011 rep count, machine preacher 2011 rep count, bb curls 1011 rep count 4 laps
rope curls off the low cable 4011 rep count 4 sets + a triple drop set
doesnt look like a lot. pump is better than standard meadows 2 giant sets of each after using the slow reps and the static holds.
formabolic has my nips looking semi normal. no issues with gyno. to those that have followed before i do have issues on occasion. looking fairly dry despite a higher sodium intake and hellatious water intake, very humid here this week. if im not here have a good weekend all.
