First off, thank you to Iron Flex, tyga tyga, bcazo, lukehayd and McCrew530 for allowing me the opportunity to log your companies product. I'm looking forward to it. you guys know i wont hold back if its crap, or if its good.
Most of the people in here will know me I imagine, if not, I'll give a brief introduction. I'm 29 years old, i powerlifted through highschool (mostly worried about bench presses) and started more of a powerbuilding routine once i got into the military. i injured my shoulder a few years in and started drinking heavy. led to heavier drinking because i was getting fat which led to feeling sorry for my self. i deployed to afghanistan at about 285-290. stripped down to 200. got out, couldnt find a job ballooned up to 250, stayed there for a few years, got out got home and got pissed that i was a fat ass... I'll be following more of a body building scheme-MI40 style due to the fact that i've re-aggravated a few joint injuries.
I know i know joint injuries and AI? am i stupid? no. i just came off deca, back to a cruise dose of test and tren..200/100. forgot my test has tren in it too till i looked at the vial this morning, so i'll be using an ai to dry out a little and it shouldnt really kill my joints too bad on the low doses of AAS.
I'm in "shred" mode, more on recomp cals really.. about 2600c from 300p 200c, trace fats+an extra 30. basically breakfast is 2 scoops pro (or 1 1/4c egg whites) and a shade over 1/4 cup of cream of rice, second meal is typically 7oz chicken and mixed greens, snack of 2 tbs almond butter, third is tuna with wheat bread or 7oz tilapia and 4oz cooked weight of brown rice, another 2 scoops of pro with a handful of almonds, then 7oz lean red meat or 2 whole eggs and 10 whites with some form of veggie. i'm doing cardio for about 20-30 minutes 4 days a week... when i hit quads cardio is out of the question...
