First off, thank you to Iron Flex, tyga tyga, bcazo, lukehayd and McCrew530 for allowing me the opportunity to log your companies product. I'm looking forward to it. you guys know i wont hold back if its crap, or if its good.

Most of the people in here will know me I imagine, if not, I'll give a brief introduction. I'm 29 years old, i powerlifted through highschool (mostly worried about bench presses) and started more of a powerbuilding routine once i got into the military. i injured my shoulder a few years in and started drinking heavy. led to heavier drinking because i was getting fat which led to feeling sorry for my self. i deployed to afghanistan at about 285-290. stripped down to 200. got out, couldnt find a job ballooned up to 250, stayed there for a few years, got out got home and got pissed that i was a fat ass... I'll be following more of a body building scheme-MI40 style due to the fact that i've re-aggravated a few joint injuries.

I know i know joint injuries and AI? am i stupid? no. i just came off deca, back to a cruise dose of test and tren..200/100. forgot my test has tren in it too till i looked at the vial this morning, so i'll be using an ai to dry out a little and it shouldnt really kill my joints too bad on the low doses of AAS.

I'm in "shred" mode, more on recomp cals really.. about 2600c from 300p 200c, trace fats+an extra 30. basically breakfast is 2 scoops pro (or 1 1/4c egg whites) and a shade over 1/4 cup of cream of rice, second meal is typically 7oz chicken and mixed greens, snack of 2 tbs almond butter, third is tuna with wheat bread or 7oz tilapia and 4oz cooked weight of brown rice, another 2 scoops of pro with a handful of almonds, then 7oz lean red meat or 2 whole eggs and 10 whites with some form of veggie. i'm doing cardio for about 20-30 minutes 4 days a week... when i hit quads cardio is out of the question...


AS ALWAYS, if there's any questions, PLEASE feel free to ask. i give as much detail as i can on the compound but if theres something specific you're looking for please ask to make sure all questions are answered. i think i've covered most of it.

this stuff was incredible. i have nothing but good to say about this experience with iron flex. this stuff will be used again and again. very very enjoyable run. the log was great too, the followers in here were incredible with their support, humor, knowledge and information.

100-200 most likely. I hope to find my sweet spot with it. If it's anything like the other forma products I've used it'll be in there somewhere.

Couple weeks at most. May lay on some ECA or some other stim fat burner. Idk I haven't decided. Last 2 weeks I've lost 5.7lbs though. Got my woman on my side though, she wants to lose so if one of us cheats the diet the other ones at their throat. That bish ate a chocolate chip cookie the other day. :-(

Woke at 201.4 this morning after 10 hours of sleep & peeing. I was shocked; figured I'd have gone up after almost 200g simple carbs postworkout last night (which is tougher than you think if you're avoiding candy & don't have much fruit on hand). Down 4lbs in 2 wks & my core is def looking a bit tighter.

Thursday I worked an 11hr shift, & at the very end, when I was particularly starving all day long, one of the guys brings in a big platter of assorted fresh cookies from Subway. Like enough for everyone to have at least 4 if they wanted, the big ones. If you've never had their cookies, you're missing out in life, for real. I just looked at them and ate my 5oz turkey w mustard wrapped in romaine leaves in pain. But it was worth it when I saw that scale this morning.

Nobody said this was easy - but that's why they all have a lot less muscle & a lot more belly than me. You can eat what you want or you can be jacked. And that turkey was damn good, fwiw.

I have one of their albums, pretty cool stuff some of it. That's wild. So he blamed juice for making the decision to hire an assassin?? Just divorce the bitch, not that complicated. Killing her is DEFINITELY gonna be the bigger sin here.

I'll hunt the article down again and try to post it. That's what I understood anyways. It seemed so idiotic I don't fully believe it.
