BEAST BULKING/Hot Winter! Chapter#6

Morning Weight 220 still maintaining 32 waistline. Shoulder Workout this Morning was Awesome! I haven’t been in the gym for 3 weeks now,and I am feeling like a Beast!!
 
You are like me a thick skinned German! good luck. I got down to 9% BF when I was in college and could only see a few veins.

YOu are older now, thinner skinned and probably more muscle, those pipes will show more now if you get leaner.
 
This Morning Workout
Abs /25 sets
Back
one arm Dumbbell Row/15sets
Bent over Row/10sets
Upright Row/10sets

Tomorrow Sprints!
 
Done eating for today,and Calorie intake 3300. I am really going to push Myself tomorrow during Sprints session!

Truth! One good thing about getting old I guess lol

I was single digits in my teens and early 20’s and wasn’t very vascular. Now I’m vascular all the time even when BF creeps to 12-13%
 
Damn you just made my day. Hell frozen over, aka buffalo, is actually a balmy 14 at the moment
 
I like hearing that cause last time hell froze over my New Orleans Saints won the Superbowl

Well not confident we’ll get in or not but I’m taking an anyone but New England approach to the playoffs this year

Agree with Distilled, only thing I can see needs more work is medial delts. It's one of my weak points from only power training for shoulders for a long time. You might try doing blood flow work or feeder sets for them multiple times a week. A great way to add volume without hurting recovery ability plus you shuttle nutrients into them the whole time so it is nice and anabolic. I have been doing blood flow work on mine 3 times a week not including the weight workouts and they are responding nicely.

I have been putting in hard work on the body and My new Projects. This Sh!T is hard to Maintain,and the struggle is real!
