My training Will be 5 days a week Very Intense and Crazy as usual,and there will be serval Pictures at different angles! I will increase My weight lifting by 15-20% nothing crazy heavy, because at My age I don't believe in that.. Supplements will be add after 15 days of training, that include Protein Powder, which I haven't taken in Years, and other Mad Scientist Supplements. I also will be working My Legs,Calves, and arms, I haven't workout in the last 10 years.. So I invited You all to My crazy Bulking Journey.. Lets Get It!!!

I already have joiner's remorse. BEAST73 is so much better at this than me, it's ridiculous. haha.
 
And of course I'm totally in. If only to be reminded how much my diet sucks and how much my workouts suck.

Glad I got mentioned, it reminded me I'm actually sticking with it Without completely forgetting I joined this! Hell yeah! Up about 6lbs already without even trying just by getting back in the swing of things and working hard.

Beast is The Machine. Your consistency is astounding to be honest. No wonder you are so far ahead of so many of us. Amazing consistency and constant effort. Super impressed.
 
Protein Powder is on My list for now. But I am most definitely will be using Radiate,only on my Sprinting days. It’s a must for Me on those days!
I radiated today for arm day for the first time ever. Had a great workout. Will definetly be using it on my cut

Nice chest explosion! how many grams of Protien a day you shooting for. I know in the past you have grow on very little protein.

Shoulder Workout was Awesome! Me and My Brother from another Mother,Got it in today!This Guy is really pushing the Beast out of Me! The number of Sets and Reps for today Shoulder Workout,is to long for logging. Lol!!

I'm lonely doing my thing, surrounded by young vegans (at least they look like vegans) and older dudes who are always curling dumbbells, lol.
