Phase 2 in full force this week. Legs are wrecked today from Mondays session.
Today was an active off day. Got up did 30 min SS cardio on the step mill. Then proceeded to hit the sauna .
Struggling with the old diet as of late. I'm not eating cap per say I'm just eating a ton lol. Need to get some structure this week.
No more high fats not liking that at all. Fats will be around 60-70g.

This is what Superbeast is doing, and now me. It's the wave of the future lol. I don't think it works as fast as high fat/low carb, but if you have enough veggies included hunger isn't an issue at all, nor is energy or strength (my number one reason for using it).
I think SB is keeping his doing like 250-300/250/45 for his targets (like 2500 cal/day). I've been on 2-300/250-300/<60 & loving it (I've got 10wks to drop 10lbs so strength gains for my meet are being favored here).
Think I am going to jump on this train of thought too..
I have to mention that I truly think it's inferior from a fatloss perspective, at least for me, 100%. But I'm not trying to get contest shredded, just dump some general bf slowly while I continue to powerlift. If strength is of no importance then the fats get my vote. Also, there's things to consider on this diet like not being able to eat whole eggs, limited 93/7 beef or turkey, steak, almonds, no PB, cheese, even watching omega consumption like fish oils (if you take 10 cheapos/day, that's def something to consider) or fats from GMS or other supps. Getting to 45/day requires some forethought for sure.
