Exactly bud. Couldn't get comfortable with the standard bar so I grabbed the medium size bar. Honestly this will be my finisher in my back routine for a while. My upper back was smoked. I'm glad I tried them. Your video helped convince me.

Lol that's actually why I switched my leg day to Sunday afternoon. I was sick of almost puking from doing them at 4am and just couldn't get into it. Now after a couple meals I love leg day!

I'll be 2 hrs from Spokane when I move. Keep me posted and ill try to make it. Would be a kickass experience.

Worlds is Nov. 5-10 in Reno but ill be competing in between then. So not sure what my next move is till I move haha

I'll be in Lewiston. That's where I'm moving and I def will. Ima be competing out of Washington more so then I'D
 
Off day today arms tomorrow. High carb day today and tomorrow :party:

Getting leaner for sure still down to around 185-6 upon rising. Feel smaller :-(

i don't know anybody prepping for a show, who doesn't feel "small" at some point (and usually most of the time lol)..
if you don't feel small at least some of the time, you ain't doing it right

Also... bean, just remember, size is less of importance.... how ripped, and proportion, is the most important...
 
and without busey...the orginal lethal weapon wouldnt have been as good, which would have been the end of the franchise, and bullet proof would have just been boring...just saying! not to mention the slue of other films hes been in....and hes clinically insane from TBI he had...lol increadable story
 
You're going to feel small, but if you're doing it right hopefully you're not losing too much muscle only fat

Sat-weds carbs are around 100-125g
Thurs/fri carbs are around 3-350g

Very impressed with Oxy eca black at one/day. Solid smooth energy if taken with food. Slight thermo effect hour or so after dosing. I'm leaning out quite nicely.

C20 is starting to come through a bit. I noticed a slight increase in pumps today compared to last weak (I've been off micro or any pre for a week :-( ). Also noticing today with all the carbs, I'm feeling full/slight pump most of the day. We will see where this goes in another week.

I'm glad I grabbed some alphamine as I've been sipping on that in the afternoon and it has literally killed my appetite, which in the afternoon is usually crazy!

Tomorrow is chest again baby.

Most AM members are great for support, some just a pain in my side. Lol.

Hoping by Sunday to be off meds and back to rocking it at the gym by Monday if I feel up to it. Contemplated an HST w/o tonight but didn't go. Still reeling... I will have a new log up on Monday though, 4-5 months for a possible show in the fall, or powerlifting meet. Haven't decided yet what my goal is

Getting ready to go destroy my chest and get some HIIT cardio in afterward.
Yes I said HIIT! I havent done it in a while and generaly am not a fan of it, but I am going to add this in twice a week on top of my LISS cardio and see what happens. Tomorrow we have another posing practice but this time it is with two other teams. We shall see what my coach has to say as I havent sen him in at least two weeks or more.
