Ok so I've seriously been slacking in the update dept. I've been plugging away as usual just had a sick kid (again) and works been super crazy. Had three solid workouts the last three days fri-arms, sat- chest and yesterday was legs.
The arm workout was crazy first phase 2 wo I've done and those 10 sec rests are killer.
Chest on sat was another killer session noticed some def strength increases in bb incl press. Finished it off with my own version of a superset for shoulders.
Honestly legs yesterday was my normal routine, good strength, intensity and usual short rests, but it took it outta me. I had posing right before with coach and the rest of the gals competing. Was fun this time, coach can tell I've been practicing and was very happy with me.
Today was an off day per usual. Just getting my food in and trying to get through work (hate my job lol)
Tomorrow is chest and shoulders and cardio.
