Taylor made takes into consideration current BF%, Body Type, Current Diet, Previous Diet Experience, Daily Output, weekly or bi weekly progress, and a lot more. It is usually the much better option as it provides guidance based on the individual needs as compared to a plan that is less specific and may not work for the individual.
 
Yeah ill probably log it if people want me to. I wouldn't feel right giving specifics out on the diet since the someone makes their living off it but ill probably be on cycle anyway ;)

I'd be interested in seeing how well it works for ya. Granted what works for you probably wouldnt have the same result for me, especially if youre on. Definitely not trying to get something for nothing - just interested in the whole process. All this stuff is fascinating

Why thank you, coach was very happy with me yesterday and two of the ladies competing made some nice comments on my physique lol. Confidence boost :-)

Ok so I've seriously been slacking in the update dept. I've been plugging away as usual just had a sick kid (again) and works been super crazy. Had three solid workouts the last three days fri-arms, sat- chest and yesterday was legs.

The arm workout was crazy first phase 2 wo I've done and those 10 sec rests are killer.
Chest on sat was another killer session noticed some def strength increases in bb incl press. Finished it off with my own version of a superset for shoulders.
Honestly legs yesterday was my normal routine, good strength, intensity and usual short rests, but it took it outta me. I had posing right before with coach and the rest of the gals competing. Was fun this time, coach can tell I've been practicing and was very happy with me.

Today was an off day per usual. Just getting my food in and trying to get through work (hate my job lol)

Tomorrow is chest and shoulders and cardio.

So I tweaked my shoulder on declines (that's two weeks in a row) so for the wide grip bb shld press I opted for the bar as my weight and repped it out to failure with 20 sec rests laugh all u want but this lot my shoulders up

We don't have 7.5s so 10 was too much as far as form goes so I went with the 5s and got some weird looks but who cares right.

Awesome workout bean. You definitely don't need much weight on the wide press to feel it.

5lbs, 10lbs, or 15lbs; people still give weird looks when you're struggling to lift it over your head lol.

Yes I like them but they seem to tweak my left shoulder at least that's what I'm guessing its the only new movement I've done it was bad enough to scratch the minor dips.

You having any better luck with the recompadrol?

Doing great Bean, man you almost have me convinced to save up my dollars and go get a coach right now. I have a decent idea of what I need to do but that approach, I think then for sure I will want someone to help me with.

Your knowledge is far superior to mine for sure, but like I said earlier my coach uses a coach for all his competitions. If you're thinking bout competing again (which u have mentioned) I'd highly recommend it for prep. It takes most of the stress off you as far as second guessing yourself etc etc
