Yeah it sucks. I wasnt completely ready for the comp so i had to crank it up.... man it sucked....

Meadow Rows - tried these out today, glad I did really focused on form not weight as I've never done these. No T bar at my gym so I used a bb on the ground with 25lb plates

I'm flipping jacked on jacked micro focking love this ****! Talk about tunnel vision I was jamming out staring blankly in the mirror picturing good form for my next set of DB rows staring right at a chick trying to ask me a question. Lol I was looking right at her and didn't even notice.

Maybe breezy or DW can help me with this, refarding meadow rows, I think I have my feet and hip position right but at the top of the row is bar supposed to be lined up with your chest or more towards you hip/stomach area, I watched his video on my phone but its so small I couldn't tell.

I really just go based on the feel (where it hits the entire lat). I believe I bring it up about half way between my pecs and waist. Here's a video I took a few weeks ago, but I've made some slight adjustments since (feet and height).

Looks good bean and you can see your bicep and how are arms are leaning out. Sneak peak as to what coming.
 
Today consisted of an off day from weights as the last two sessions left me dragging this am. I did get up and do 30 mins cardio for 400 cals. Carb up day número uno today.

I'm a little worried, as I was prepping my food last night I realized I didn't have enough brown basmati rice left, all I had to mix it with was white basmati rice, so the mixture was about 1/2 c of white with 1c of brown. Hopefully this won't be too detrimental ill have the wife go to Costco fri and pick up more brown.

Starting to sweat a lot easier this past week, weight is actually holding steady still leaning out tho.

Probably have another week or so of Anabeta left then ill take at least 4-6 weeks off (depending if I can trade for another bottle of elite I'd like to run the last 8 weeks of elite if I can, if not ill do at least the last four.

Arms on tap for Friday and a chest session with coach on Saturday!

Lol that's great, me and my wife were well u know and she kept just rubbing her hands on my stomach and said wow I'm not used to this lol. I said well get used to it cuz I ain't going back!

Haha yea I know it's great. When I began this journey she supported me but I cooked every other night cuz I was the only one eating like that. Now she's eating well and is a Zumba instructor I'm working on getting her in the gym lifting, still a work in progress lol

Beans, good luck with getting her in the gym. My wife refuses but I love her no matter what. My lifestyle caused her to at least cook good meals for me and my son. I think when he gets older, he will be the catalyst to get her past the fear of going.

Baby steps right? Actually with us having a 4 year old it doesn't work right now, I also got her in there about ten years ago when I thought I was hot **** and pushed her so hard she got pissed and said shed never lift with me again I guess she never forgot that lol. She said if I did one of her Zumba classes shed start lifting with me. She's knows how good it is for her she's just stubborn. Aren't they all? Ill lover her no matter what!

If a guy wears exactly the same bright read sweats, and lime green shirt with the sleeves rolled up three times , every M/t/th/f/s does he, A) wash these daily? B) wash them only on weds? Or C) never work up a sweat as he mostly moves things around a little, grunt and stare at the mirror, so they truly never get dirty? Lmao **** this dude cracks me up. Same guy that asked me if he could show me how to do correct pull downs when I was doing the scapulea stretch partials the other day.
