You look very lean, just a tad bit watered over. Nothing that can't be fixed with a simple approach. Trust your coach...He knows what he is doing and will be able to bring you in tight. Water retention really messes with your head during prep. If it's of any comfort to you, you can grab the "fat" and feel that it is not dense at all, and doesn't have much texture to it, and just remind yourself that what you're feeling is water, not fat.
To add too what classic said if you can pinch it and it feels like little beads -that is what fat feels like.
But honestly bean you look great man. You'll be lean enough.
Drying out and carbing up make a huge difference. Your skin week be so tight.

Don't stress, stress causes inflammation and that causes water retention.
Are you using an ai?
Also high estrogen will cause water retention.
