Doing great don't worry about it. Your symmetry is awsome and you still have great definition. Your coach knows what he's doin and he's got some plans for you for the last couple of weeks to fix any of your insecurities.

Looking great man! The things that stand out to you won't stand out to others. Their eyes don't immediately go to your weak areas like your eyes do. You already know where to look for a weak spot this will be the first time these people see you. Each one will be impressed more by certain features so if you have the features they love then you get high marks.
I don't think your physique is going to be a problem compared to getting up the with confidence and charisma oozing. Stage presence is key. So start building yourself up. You should come out of hiding and wear some things that make you appreciate your physique to enforce that confidence for the stage. Get those guns out in public and get some stares. Enjoy it and expect it so when you are on stage you feel like they have no choice but to love you and the package you are presenting. Post a lot more pictures so everyone can build you up, trust me it will help enforce your confidence level on stage.

I honestly can't tell if it will make a difference in training or life in general but only time will tell. Shyt I've been at it since I was 16ish. Quit smoking like 3 years ago and am completely satisfied with not having that in my life anymore. The older you get the more you notice damage from the past, including accumulated damage. There is so much research showing a positive correlational effect btwn oral hygiene and heart health that I figure its time to take this shyt seriously and just quit for good. I never imagined a life where I wouldn't have a smoke at least once a week or so but that romantic inclination towards the image of cigarettes is long gone. I guess what I'm saying is it takes time to change behaviors so keep at it. Almost all my vices are gone now and i feel better for it. I still need to work on cussing, though I personally see no reason not to cuss other than for societal etiquette.

I had/have the same problem with snuff my bro...growing up playing baseball in south Mississippi, a can of Copenhagen long cut became just as important as my glove and cleats...

What i found works is just have a few sleeves of nicorette on me at all times abd go cold turkey for as long as i could and if it got too bad just chew on a piece of nicorette to take the edget off

Looking good Bean! The fat is the hard part and you have that pretty much squared away. The water is just dietary adjustments. Like Kleen said: Tan will make it all come together.

The last week my body morphed, the last 3 days were crazy, it's crazy. Just wish I wasn't so busy with work/flights/food prep to properly document it :sad:
You look very lean, just a tad bit watered over. Nothing that can't be fixed with a simple approach. Trust your coach...He knows what he is doing and will be able to bring you in tight. Water retention really messes with your head during prep. If it's of any comfort to you, you can grab the "fat" and feel that it is not dense at all, and doesn't have much texture to it, and just remind yourself that what you're feeling is water, not fat.
