btw stxnas got the stoked and you are def. right. It definetly helps me sleep deeper. Wierd how that was nowhere near the intended use of it. Thanks though. I do appreciate it and ill be purchasing some from Nutra.

Yeah, I keep meaning to investigate this, but I've been so damn busy. I don't know what mechanism is at work, but it's definitely there. I know a lot of people that take it daily also state that their mood improves too.

UPDATE: CHECT DAY
Put up 405 x 2 for MY FLAT BENCH P R today! Yayyy!
Weight is 234
Strength is obviously still going up! Libido....same maybe a bit down but not much.
Nothing really new to add. The gains keep coming and the sides are minimal. Ill post some pics here soon.
