Eh, well...I may hae exaggerated a bit on my part. I'm at about 15% bf....UHCougar05 said:....Being 245 with 22% b/f isn't bad, but damn if this 5'6" frame doesn't make it look that way. Eh, the price I pay being a powerlifter...
workin' on it. I'm gonna get as close to the 220 class as I can... so some dieting down will be in order.kwyckemynd00 said:Eh, well...I may hae exaggerated a bit on my part. I'm at about 15% bf....
You can still be a lean PLer! Just drop down to like 10-12%. Low enough to look pretty lean, but high enough where you don't have to diet down and constntly do tons of cardio![]()

Im just curious though how did you get such ripped abs in that first pic?
jweave23 said:I see more of a "pouch", but really you look great wrangler  Maybe try and bulk some while keeping it as lean as possible (way harder said than done I know)I'm not familiar with lupus at all, so I'm not sure what limitations that may put on this (if any).

At her body weight and bf% with good conditioning it'd be near impossible to gain lean mass and lose fat at the same time. Not that she seems to have any to lose which is the problem witht hat approach for skinny people. A super clean diet above maintainance will pack on some mass for her.warriorway said:Wow lupus sounds really bad. How long have you had it? Hopefully it goes into remission.
I wouldn't go so far as to bulk up. I think the healthier way is to gain lean body mass while dropping bodyfat at the same time. If you eat right, and get your protein. Lift weights moderately, and do moderate cardio, it can be done. Sometimes less is more.

Brfish said:My mother-in-law has Lupus also. She has been on prednosone for years and when her insurance changed, they made her change doctors, to one that is not a Rhumetologist (sp) which her old doc was. The new one wanted to wean her of the prednosone and lowered her dosage. She ended up in the hospital and called her old doc who raised her dosage back up. After being on prednosone for so long, he said you can't even be weaned off. Prednosone is a steroid and I guess when your body is shut down for so long, it will never recover to where you can get along without the prednosone.

I'm on Long Island, babe. If you don't mind the ridiculous cost of living and the snotty people, it's a great place to be.wranglergirl said:I miss ny, so i think ny wins.....sorry![]()

It was more than a bubble butt, it was like a "hot-air-balloon" butt

In all honesty living on an island, even a big one, has an effect on you. I'm not a beach goer, but I couldn't live away from a large body of water for any length of time. I tried once in Tennessee and I almost flipped out not being able to see the water on the horizon. Felt like there was no anchor or point of reference. Weird, but true.
