I am loving ASGT! Every workout is awesome. My whole body just seems in sync and my focus and aggression are through the roof. Good times!

Pump: Feeling huge again.Chest/delts/traps were all pumped up.

Endurance: I had enough in me to hit some heavy traps at the end. Loving it!

Energy: ASGT always revs up my engine in the morning.

Libido: 2 days to go. Feeling good though.

Strength: I got 1@ 495 for shrugs. Strength is good!

Sides. So much sweat!

Can't wait for back tomorrow! Gonna lift some "peanuts!"

Peanuts were definitely lifted today. Another awesome workout for the books.


Pump: My lats felt like Jenny from Forest Gump. "Make me a bird, so I can fly far, far far away."

Endurance: Start to finish, nothing but good times.

Energy: Smooth and clean all workout.

Libido: 1 more day.

Strength: Lat pulldowns felt nice and light.

Had to get to work early this morning, so I had to make this workout short and sweet.

Incline Unilateral DB Curls: 35x8, 45x7, 45x7, 55x6(drop 30x8)

Hammer Strength MTS Curls: 40s x12, 50s x10, 60s x8, 70s x8, 80s x6(drop, 60x6, 40x6)

Hammer Strength Standing Preacher Curls: 90x6, 90x6, 90x6

Seated Bilateral Triceps Overhead Extension: 100x8, 110x6, 120x4, 105x6

EZ Grip Cable Triceps Pressdown: 160x12, 190x10, 225x2(drop 190x3) 190x6



Could have worked my tris at little more, but the extensions and pressdown got em nice and toasty.


Pump: Vein were popping up everywhere, especially on the MTS curls. Felt great.

Endurance: Short workout, but the intensity was up the whole time.

Energy: I was amped for arms today. Yeah, I think that’s a good word...amped

Libido: I'll check in with the wife later today.

Strength: I little disappointed in the pressdowns, but the extensions felt great.

Sides. Same ol thang.
 
I agree, but my Fav is still chest day.. but the fullness of my Bi's and the looks always bring me back for another session..
 
I have the Navy PRT this week, so I am taking a break from my lifting routine, and just doing some light cardio and calisthenics. I gotta get that Outstanding! I will still be taking ASGT this week, just don't wanna be too sore for the PRT.

What all is involved in a Navy PRT?
 
Not much really. 2 min timed push-ups, 2 mins timed sit-ups, and a timed 1.5 mile run.

And what scores an outstanding? 100, 100, and 12 minutes?

I'm sure you've got it in the bag. That 4 day libo is all yours.

Not even... his minimum in each category to get an outstanding low is 95 sit ups, 77 push ups, and a 9:38 run.

Outstanding high is 101, 84, 8:55.

These all get added up to total. Any thing above those numbers for outstanding high won't get you any more points.

Just did a little cardio afterwork to keep loose for the PRT on Thursday. I took 2 scoops of ASGT before hitting the gym.

30 mins on the elliptical.

pull-ups: 3 sets of 12

Had a nice arm/back pump after that session actually. Felt pretty good for what it was. I will be taking tomorrow off, then hitting the PRT at 0600 on Thursday.

I'll be back to my lifting schedule Thursday afternoon. Probably gonna hit up back or arms.

Alright guys. Sorry for the lack of updates the past few days. Slacked off a little bit after the PRT. :smirk:

I hit arms on Thursday afternoon, and back on Friday. Both workouts were awesome. I had a pump going all weekend long. It was pretty crazy actually. I also noticed a marked increase in libido this weekend. I only get to see my wife on the weekends, so I can kindda gauge the effects of ASGT from week to week in that area.

I am back to my regular routine starting with chest/abs this afternoon.


Thanks again for the PRT support guys. I will definitely log my ASGT sponsored days off. :silly:
 
Chest/Abs day

Tok 2 scoops of ASGT 45 min prior to getting off work, then it was off to the gym.

Iso-Lateral Incline Press: 90x12, 180x10, 270x10, 295x8, 360x4

Bench Press: 135x12, 185x10, 225x6, 205x6

Flat Bench DB Flyes: 40x12, 50x10, 55x8, 60x6

Incline BB Press: 135x12, 195x8, 195x8, 155x10

Weighted Cable Crunches: 170x15, 180x15, 190x15, 190x15, 190x12

Weighted Side Bends: 5 sets of 60x15 on each side

Great workout today. Felt good to hit chest after missing it last week. Those Iso-Laterals are brutal. Most of my strength was gone after them, but the pump was awesome.



Pump: Great pump. Chest was popping!

Endurance: Although my strength dropped after the Iso's, I still felt like killing the rest of the workout.

Energy: For only getting 3 hours of sleep last night, I was feeling great. I love my ASGT!

Libido: Like I said earlier, I have a great weekend.

Strength: It dropped pretty fast today, so I really focused on my form. Felt great.

Sides. Sweat, sweat, sweat.

Tomorrow morning is legs. Looking forward to 8hrs of sleep tonight!
 
Legs Day (20Apr10)

2 scoops of ASGT at 0415, then hit the gym at 0500

5 min warm-up on elliptical.

Leg Press: 320x12, 500x10, 680x8, 860x6, 950x3

Hack Squats: 90x12, 180x10, 230x8, 270x4, 230x6

Seated Leg Curls: Forgot the weight, but I did 5 sets.

Seated Free Weight One Leg Extensions: 35x10, 45x8, 45x8, 45x8(drop 34x6)

Seated Calf Raises: 6 sets of 90lbs with 15 sec rest in between sets.

Seated Hammer Strength Leg Press: 5x15 to finish off the legs.


Intense workout yesterday. I am feeling it today. Could barely walk down the stairs this morning. Good times.

Pump: Legs were feeling very full after the leg presses.

Endurance: Good to go as always. I was exhausted at the end, but the workout was intense the entire time. I am really trying to watch how long I rest in between sets so I can keep my heart rate up.

Energy: Once again ASGT work me right up. Could not wait to hit legs

Libido: Living for the weekend.

Strength: Strength was no too crazy. This was mostly due to the lack of rest in between sets, but I was getting some nice contractions with each rep.

Sides: Nothing but the sweat!

Seated DB Press: 55x12, 65x10, 75x6, 70x6. My tie-ins was still pretty sore from chest on Monday, so I did not get to the weight that I usually hit.

Seated Lateral Bilateral DB Raises: 25x12, 25x12, 30x10x 30x12(drop 20x6)

Leaning DB Lateral Raises: 25x10, 25x10, 25x8, 20x10

Cable Front Raises: 35x10, 35x10, 35x10 35x10(drop 25x8)

DB Clean and Press: 4 sets of 45x10. 10 sec rest in between sides, 30 sec rest in between sets

BB Shrugs: 135x12, 225x10, 315x8, 405x6(hooks), 405x6(hooks), 315x8



Pump: Didn't really feel a huge pump until the DB clean and presses, but after those it was good times.

Endurance: These short rest periods are pretty intense, but ASGT kept me going.

Energy: Clean energy all the way through.

Libido: Living for the weekend.

Strength: The same as yesterday, not too crazy cuz of the rest periods. Vegas in two weeks!

Sides: Nothing but the sweat!

Killer arm workout this morning. I didn't quite burn out my tris though, so I am gonna head back to the gym at lunch and hit them along with some ab work.


Pump: Had a nice pump after the superset, lots of veins popping out as well.

Endurance: High, all the way through.

Energy: Didn't want to wake up this morning, slept in for 10 mins, but after the ASGT i was g2g.

Libido: 2 more days.

Strength: Nothing mind blowing, but got some really nice contractions.

Sides: Getting pissed off at my lifting partner for his Dragon @$$!
 
I love Vegas too man. I try to go at least a few times a year.
Gonna be there Thursday-Monday. Hitting up Ditch Fridays at the Palms on Friday. Tao Beach on Sat/Sun during the day, then Tao/Lavo in the evening. Still working on the rest of the weekend.
I am actually staying at a timeshare this time. I have stayed at most of the big hotels on Strip, so I decided to try something new this time.

Fracking awesome back workout this morning. I was raging!

Pump: I love the pump I get with back. Growing some wings!

Endurance: I was doing 4-5 sets of each workout. I was amped!

Energy: Through the roof. the ASGT lit a fire in me. haha

Libido: 9 hours

Strength: I avoided using hooks this morning. I was loving the strength.

Sides: Huge Lat Pumps!

Rackpulls are great, but they're so damn obnoxious. They're one of those things that are great when you're doing them, but it's just loud if someone else is doing it. :006::006:

I did some cardio and abs this weekend, so I didn't hit my abs too hard yesterday. Another great chest day though. Those Iso's are still killing me. I cannot go nearly as heavy on the other exercises when I hit those first.

I looks like I only have a few days left in my bottle. It is gonna be a sad day. Not looking forward to no ASGT.

Legs were toast after the workout. I wanted to throw in some weighted farmers lunges at the end, but didn't have enough time.
Still got a nice burn in though.

Pump: The pump in my quads/hams was pretty crazy, almost painful(in a good way of course).

Endurance: Still had more in the tank. I hate work! Always getting in the way.

Energy: Always gets the job done. Better than a cup of coffee in the morning.

Libido: I wont be seeing my wife until next Thursday, but we will be in Vegas...

Strength: Nothing too crazy. Reps were a little higher on some sets, and rest periods were down. Gotta keep that heart rate up!

Sides. Awesome workout.
