I have the Navy PRT this week, so I am taking a break from my lifting routine, and just doing some light cardio and calisthenics. I gotta get that Outstanding! I will still be taking ASGT this week, just don't wanna be too sore for the PRT.

What all is involved in a Navy PRT?
Not much really. 2 min timed push-ups, 2 mins timed sit-ups, and a timed 1.5 mile run.
And what scores an outstanding? 100, 100, and 12 minutes?
I'm sure you've got it in the bag. That 4 day libo is all yours.
Not even... his minimum in each category to get an outstanding low is 95 sit ups, 77 push ups, and a 9:38 run.
Outstanding high is 101, 84, 8:55.
These all get added up to total. Any thing above those numbers for outstanding high won't get you any more points.
