OK, OK Update time:
Today marks 6 days left to this cycle and the end of my time with my coach... This has been the best learning experience for me diet and training wise, if I would have done this years ago I'd be competing. It has also been extremely hard for me to do at this time in my life with a busy career,and family with 2 young kids.. As of today I'm down a little over 5" on my waist while gaining an inch on my arms and chest! The transformation has been incredible and I'll be taking pics this weekend for all to see.. My weight as moved around too, started at 227lbs and went down to 208 and now sitting at 210.. Even in the cutting phase of this diet with six 45 min cardio sessions a week and four 35 mins additional fasted cardio sessions I'm gaining weight which is all muscle.
The only down side to this entire thing is that currently my skin is not able to keep up with the speed of the fat lose.. Good problem to have I guess LOL So I spoke to my coach, and we came up with a game plan.... I'm not stopping!! We are going to finish out the cut into another week and add 10 more weeks to give my body time to adjust to the leaner me.. So after next week there will be 5 weeks of maintenance then another 5 weeks of a cut

The last 4 weeks with the crazy amounts of cardio have really taken a toll on me.. Let me give you an idea of what a day looks like for me
Wake up 5:45 AM - 35 mins fasted cardio
6:30 -8:00 Get kids feed and ready for school and prep food for day
Work 9:00 -6:00 PM
6:30 -9:00 - Eat play with kids give baths and get them to bed
9:30 - 11:30 PM - GYM and 45 mins cardio
12:00 - 12:45 Shower, prep food and go to sleep
So as you can see I just don't have much time to sleep and get my much needed rest... But my crazy a$$ is loving the results so lets do this for another 10 weeks!!! Crazy??? YES I like to torture myself!!! LOL Stay with me people, pics and more to come...
