Just did the math and I have enough to do six weeks with the last 3 at 75!! So starting today I'm dosing 75 the rest of the cycle :)

Man awesome progress. Crushng PRs and your numbers on complex lifts are taking off. Its going to get scary when you bump up to 75

Day 22

Had the day off so hit the gym in the afternoon. It's funny how routine your body becomes. It like it knew it was not time to workout and my strength was not there. But at 75 it will be soon!

Abs:
Decline bench sit-ups: 12lb bar 3 sets till fail
Weighted crunches: 40x 40x3
Leg raisers: 3 sets till fail
Standing cable crunches: 80x 25x 3

Complex movement:
Clean to press: 135x12x3

Chest:
Flat bench BB : 155x18, 185x14, 225x12, 275x4, 305x2 ( this last one almost killed me)
Incline DB press: 90x 12, 95x 10, 65x 14
Pre-core flys: 165x 18x 3

Biceps:
Cable curls: 130x14x3
DB curls: 40x 12x 3
Hammer strength preacher curls: 65x 14x 3

May do cardio tonight at home

As you know Halo is now bumped to 75! I tried to see what I could do on deadlifts since it's new to me. Man no idea how some of you guys DL 400-500 lbs I thought 315 was going to kill me also form is still work in progess.. Other than that works are awsome!!!!

PS: Aaron I'm going to arnold press 75's very soon.. :)

70lb Arnold press is beast.
I hit that on dumbbell press (maybe 75lbs) but not Arnold style. I've been trying to get the military press down with some sturdy weight, & move into some snatch and cleans. :)

I believe that military press and shoulder dips over the years have increase my shoulder strenght the most..

What a workout! I'm just loving this halo runn even more now that I upped it to 75!. I think the next 2.5 weeks are going to get very interesting. My strenght is going through the roof, I know the Halo is playing a big part but I've never pushed myself this hard ever before. I went a little crazy last night and took my normal Condense pre- workout but I received some MM samples and decided to mix the 2! Made me feel strong as a bull. I stepped on the scale this morning and I'm still at 215 so I've gain no weight, But let me tell u I look like a different person need some way to get good pics? Anyone know a good Apple Iphone camera app? I need one that I can set a delay so I can position the camera and pose?

I'm happy that I've gained no weight. I feel that 215 is the perfect weight for me.. The Avi is for Aaron LOL

Did I mention that I love this cycle? :wow: Strenght is going up every workout can't ask for any more than that can you? My leg strenght has completely doubled! Still no sides except for increased aggression and some laghargy in the afternoon even after bumping the dose to 75.

Day26:

Only had a hour so I did a full body quick workout. I'm not going to list it all since I don't even remeber it!! LOL But I did 2 exercises per body part 2 sets of each till fail at a lite weight! Had an unbelievable full body pump going to have to do this more often..
 
Hah,I am usually a grumpy old man on non-workout days. Lol
