Thanks bro! Missed the gym again last night! This is by far my favorite PH cycle I've taken. It's not the strongest but I'm going on 6 weeks and zero sides! Strength is coming along nicely as we'll hope I can get a workout tonight. My body is screaming to throw weight around :)
 
Day 36
I'M BACK!!! So my little guy is doing much better so I was able to hit the gym last night :) I was so pumped, did my ab work then jumped on to shoulders and on my second set I feel a strain in my left shoulder!!! Not bad but so I went easy on it the rest of the night. If you have been following you'll see that my lifts were way down for shoulders. I'll be fine this is an old injury that flares up. Workout was good just pissed me off that it could have been better..

Abs:
Weighted crunch machine 60lbs x 35x 3
Decline situps: 3 sets till fail
standind cable cruches: 70x25, 80x25, 80x25
Roman chair weighted leg raises 3 sets till fail


Shoulders:
Seated press (smith machine): 135x16, 185x14(this is the 1 that got me), 205x10, 205x8
Arnold press: 60x12, 60x12, 60x10
Standing side raises (DB): 30x 14, 35x12, 35x12
Standing BB front raises: 40x 14, 40x 12, 50x10
Precor side raises: 75x12, 75x12, 75x10
Hammer strenght Iso shoulder press alternating arms:3 sets 50 per side till fail

Triceps:
Close grip BB press: 155x 16, 175x 12, 185x 10
Straight bar cable push downs: 140x14, 160x14, 190x12
Over head cable skull crushers: 60x 14, 60x 12, 70x10
V bar cable push downs: 120 x14, 130x12, 140x 12
cable single arm Push downs: 45x16, 50x12, 50x10
 
My other issue has been my truck, now I have a new ride so life is back to normal..

Thanks! Going to give the shoulder a little ice and heat treatment, hoping to get some new shoulder PR's next week before this cycle comes to an end.

So I felt like a Fuggin beast at the gym last night!!!! I'm destroying PR with this cycle, I could not be more impressed. I'm shocked by how much my lifts have increased. Some of these lifts are up 40 lbs. from just 5 weeks ago!! I'm going to be in tears when this run is over. I fell amazing and my waist line is down 2 inches and I still have not gained a pound!


Abs:
Weighted crunch machine: 40x 35, 45x35, 45x35
Standing obligue crunch: 45 plate x 20 each side 2 sets
Ab coaster plus 40lb.: 3 sets till fail
Standing cable crunch: 70x25, 80x25, 80x25

Back Bent over dumbell rows: 95'sx14, 100'sx12, 120'sx8 PR!!
Wide grip pull downs: 170x12, 180x10, 200x8
Precor reverse grip rows: 180x14, 220x12, 220x8
V grib seated cable rows: 160x14, 180x12, 200x8, 240x4PR!
Hammer strenght low row: 225x12, 275x10, 295x8 PR!
Precore reverse grib Iso lat. pulldown: 225x12, 245x10, 255x7 PR!!!

Day 38
Got to the gym a little late so I banged a quick leg workout. Felt a really good pump today my legs have gotten so much stronger that it amazes me. No gym tomorrow Friday is my off day.. Sorry for the short post I life in NJ and we are going to get hit with a Hurricane Sunday into Thuesday so very busy preparing for the storm. Hopefully it won't be to bad..



Abs:
Weighted crunch machine 50lbs x 35x 3
Decline situps weighted bar: 35x3
Standing oblique crunches: 45lb plate 25 each side x 3
Flat bench leg raises 3 sets till fail

Legs:
Hammer strenght leg extentions: 315x 18, 365x 12, 405x 10, 455x 8
Hammer strenght Hack squats: 315x16, 365x12, 385x12, 405x 10
Leg extentions: 120x14, 140x 12, 160x 10, 180x 8, 200x8
Angled Seated calf raises: 160x 20, 180x 16, 200x 14
Hamstring extensions: 80x14, 90x12, 90x12

No Cardio

Nice job on the loose belt Caz. GL with the storm. I come from FLA and finally had enough of that crap when Andrew came thru in '92. Headed out west where there aren't any natural disasters to deal with. Lol Be safe big man.

Thanks AMZID! I live along a reservoir so a lot of trees! Heavy wind will have me with no power! I have a generator so not too bad just a pain in the a$$!

Sorry guys no updates! :( last 2 days have been spent getting ready for the hurricane. Im in New Jersey and have a house by the shore I've been boarding up! We already have no gas!

So with the bad weather I have a feeling ill only be able to do cardio as long as I have power! I'm back at my house in north jersey and I'm itching to workout. So I jumped on my treadmill

I'm alive guys! Storm got rough last night but its over. No power so the only way I can post is my phone sorry! Looks like we can be without electric for 5-7 days! I have a generator so not too bad but getting gas is a bitch! Running out everywhere I waited 2 hours in line this morning to fill my gas cans! Just tried running my treadmill off the generator but no go!! Lol I need to workout bad I'm going nuts!!!

I would but It looks like a war zone outside I would break my ankle if I tried to run outside! I'm going to flip out if I don't get to the gym soon!! I was curling 5 gallon gas cans in my garage earlier!
