Nice job getting it done around the shoulder issue, was in the same boat a couple weeks ago. Sort of am now but it's improving; stay patient!

Sucks about the new equipment being a bust :( I contemplate going to a real gym all the time, I just don't wanna drive further.

That really is great form man. Even when you fought through the last rep there was no twitching or awkward compensations. Most people can't maintain that (myself included) when they start getting gassed.

Not sure on dosing yet but was thinking to go with 9 a day on Bulk and 5 alpha per bottle?? Just from my experience with DMZ I think stacking it may not be needed cause that Shat was no joke !! Maybe do 30 days 5 alph followed by 30 DMZ with tranderm run during both??

Alright guys so I started my FST7 workout yesterday and man it kicked my butt!!! The volume is alot more than I'm use to and it had me gassed at the end. The last exercise of any muscle is 7 sets, the pump that gives you is unreal!! You also must sip water in between each set. The weight I used was very light cause its all new and I trying to figure it all out. I'll post a link for anyone wanting to check it out..

Fst7 is awesome. Flex and stretch for 30 seconds between sets and go again. When you're on the pumps are almost unbearable yet sooo good

Yeah I'm trying to get the workout figured out before I jump on my next run.. Takes a little getting use too..

On FST7 I alternate stretching and flexing. Stretch set one. Flex set two. And so on. Also rambod suggest FST7 to start arm day.....I tried this and it hurt my heavy lifts too much.

I got you I'll try that tonight.. I started with arms and I have a feeling my entire body is going to be hurting the next couple of weeks.. LOL

Ran 5alpha at the 3 tabs e/d for 7wks, I don't think it's worth jack except as a base. Bulk, if it's anything like 4AD (both 4dhea), should be an add in as well. Def run a bottle of 550 every 15 days. Id go at least 45 since nothing really comes on til wk 3 or so even.

I assume you're dodging methyls for this run and I can't think of a direct steroid oral that isn't a methyl so I'd prob stick to 3 compounds since all have to convert.

You doing 6 wks?

Bcazo, impressions on the Versa-1? I've 2 unopened bottles....

I really enjoyed it! Strength continued to climb in PCT and I believe Versa is the reason. I also experienced a very full pump during workouts. I have 2 more as well thinking of opening a second..

This was my Tuesday workout.. I didn't get a chance to post it cause I took the day off of work to stay home with my 15 month old who has a double ear infection.. Now you may get tired reading it but not as tired as I am from doing it !!! LOL These workouts are murder I had to up my fluid and food intake cause this wirkout demans more calories.. Also I found no need for cardio cause i'm dripping wet after these. Guy's I'm not complaining I'm actually really liking this alot!!

Yeaaaaaaaah. I see you put a differant spin on it. I don't normally do fst7 for traps because they just don't get that much of a pump to really streth the fascia much. And going heavy on shrugs is the best way to make then grow imo.

Wednesday workout!! So this was my 4th FST7 workout and I can see my waist line thining already!! I'm also sooo sore that I may have to take a day off the DOMS are crazy today.. I also thought my right front Delt was better but this workout screwed it up again. It hurt the entire time and I'm so pumped doing these workouts that I said fuggit and just keep going.. I have to say again that these 7 sets had my quads soo pumped I had to sit for 5 mins before I could head to the locker room!! Also I'm keeping the weight on the lighter side cause the volume is so much more than I'm used to but no fear in time I will be adding weight!!

Yeah man i'm going to try to get creative with it!! Arnolds are one of my fav's so i had to throw them into the mix. Traps are a weak spot for me and I've been trying hard to get them to grow. I tell you the 7 sets of shrugs had them fired up!! Monte what exercises would you suggests for traps?? I mean look at your you beast!!!
 
I like heavy shrugs. Dumbbells and being the back on Smith machine. Can load the weight up on the Smith grab the bar behind your back, lean forward and shrug your little heart out :)

So i got the samples of uncut dewey sent me (id mention him but idk how, plus im doing this via celly). From reading other logs/threads it looks like everyone is liking 2-3 uncut + there regular pre they use. So, i popped 1 uncut (im a small man) my 2 prxt and my scoop of prodigy, rolled my legs/glutes out and headed to the gym. I KNOW the uncut was working because two things happened.
1) 20mins after ingesting everything above i got uber focused after my first set of 20 on squats.
2) my face was beet red, and i had cold sweats and was sweating after the first set. Now, this never happened before when i was just taking my prodigy and prxt pre workout.. so i am positive it was the uncut.

On to the MAN products... ive been using for 19 days now and made quite the stride in recomping! Which i am happy about. This stack is the real deal, but; my diet has been pretty freakin good if i may say so. Eat clean mon-sat and have two (sometimes three) cheat meals on sunday (stay within my calorie allotment though) and have gone up and strength in some exercises and have leaned out. Can't wait to see what i look like after this 56 day run!

I dont know if you all saw, on nutra if you buy a bottle of prxt you get a bottle of nxt for FREE.. hellz yea. Good thing i waited to buy my second bottles lol

Yeah it looks overwhelming on paper!! I'm recked right now may have to sit tonight out! My shoulder is not liking me at all today! :( I saw that deal wish I didn't place a order 2 days ago but I may have to jump on it anyway!!

Make sure to get rest with FST7 or you will have awful shoulder pains lol. Especially if chest and shoulder are close.
