This was my Tuesday workout.. I didn't get a chance to post it cause I took the day off of work to stay home with my 15 month old who has a double ear infection.. Now you may get tired reading it but not as tired as I am from doing it !!! LOL These workouts are murder I had to up my fluid and food intake cause this wirkout demans more calories.. Also I found no need for cardio cause i'm dripping wet after these. Guy's I'm not complaining I'm actually really liking this alot!!
