Make sure to get rest with FST7 or you will have awful shoulder pains lol. Especially if chest and shoulder are close.

I thought about taking to night off??? But it didn't take long before I was grabing my gym bag and going to hit my 4th day in a row of FST-7. I completly love this routine and will be sticking to it for awhile. Now that I've done a complete body workout I know the the wieght will fly from here.. Tonight is my night off!!! Maybe!! LOL

Really good man, I think the exemestane and prami are making a difference. Def not getting worse, sensitivity wasn't bad but I think it may be gone already. Still smashing the weights even without cyano now. 19dhea added in and doubled 4AD starting monday!

That does sound sick. Wish we did. I mean, you know you're gonna pound that meal regardless, so if you got the SlinSane rock that baby for all the repartitioning you can get I say. Prob not as much as on a workout day but you know your muscles are fed for tomorrow regardless!

OK I'll rant once and try to clear this up then I 'll ignore this troll!! This is from my opening post and if you read it clearly i say that I've never tried to bulk cause gaining has always been a problem.. Meaning I gain weight with ease..

My goal is slow and easy lean bulk. I have never ran a bulk since my entire life gaining weight was always a problem. I'm down 14 lbs since last March and feel its time to add some muscle mass.

Now what gives you the right to come in my thread and start talking **** to me??? I don't know you and don't care to! There are over 1000 post in here and none of them are negetive and thats how its going to stay.. So Keepitrell get the balls to post some pic's of your self and lets see who you are to be pointing finger at others.. I wish you lived in driving distance of me cause I'd show you what a fat boy I am when I kick you ass you have no idea about me or what I'm capable of so back off!!
