Went ahead and went into the gym tonight. Ill be on my honeymoon this weekend, the following week and weekend.. so needless to say, there will be very little gym time. I know, piss poor timing with the cycle and PCT + a full week of not working out.

Flat db fly on exercise ball- 15x12x2
*14 total sets for chest including warm ups, still focused on TUT though, 3 sec negatives.
Tomorrow will be an off day though, promise. Ill hit back thurs and legs friday.
Took 60mg torem today, balls still arent back to normal size

This is a smooth transition for the most part from on cycle to pct so far besides the emotional aspect. Strengths still around the same and five days into pct im still weighin 162lbs. RAH
