Day 31

Shoulder & tri's: so I wasn't even suppose to lift yesterday. In the morning I had a steroid cervical injection for a bulged disc in my neck. 4 hours later after being knocked out for the shot I'm at the gym. Took it easy and half way through the workout I felt great!

Oh and last night my sister in law gave birth to a little girl!! Now I have 2 nieces and a nephew!

Abs:
Weighted ball crunches: 35 x 3 sets with 18 lb ball
Leg raisers: 35x 3 sets
Side bends: 45x 25 3 sets each side

Form looked swell, like ppl said I would avoid locking out if you're just getting swoll. If you're powerlifting or strongman training though you need to be training that lockout as well, at least on your big presses. Training goals dictate methods IMHO.

You ever do strict military standing presses? Obv less weight since you're going down to the clavicle and standing but boy it hits muscles you didn't even know you can hit with an overhead press. Been loving em lately to work on core stability (weakness of mine).

Thanks Hyde! I use to do standing presses but ever since my neck has been jacked up I just can't. Wish I could I know their great just can't press anything over my head without a high back bench support. It sucks getting old man
 
Hey you gotta do what's right for you man; never worth training through tweaks/injuries when there's so many lifts out there to get the job done! That's awesome weight on that lift btw; killin' it in here.

Off : went on a early afternoon date with my wife. My mom came over and watched the kids! I actually saw a movie Argo it was pretty good and I stayed awake! After that we had dinner, skirt steak, garlic mashed potatoes, and steamed veggies!! Yummy!!

I think i need to bring my torem dosage down lol right now i feel a little discouraged, like; I KNOW i wont hit the same reps with the same weight. But, i DO know for a fact that, thats the torem messing with my head(logically and emotionally). So, when i get to the gym ill psych my self up and GET DEM SQUATS

I've had a couple of friends try this and they like it a lot; I've read about it some time ago and it claims to fully restore HPTA and your endo all in one shot at 100mcg. I don't know for how long, but wouldn't hurt to try. I don't know if you're using one or not, but maybe throw in an AI for a bit as well; because torem does have some intrinsic estrogen properties. Obviously, you don't want to kill off all of your E levels, but maybe there's a bit of an influx at the moment.

I know the Testpower has good properties including DAA and cutting down on your dose of torem wouldn't be a bad idea to start off with and try to gauge it from there. Any other noticeable sides that can contribute to this or just getting emotional? I went through that during my first week of PCT after superdrol; felt like De Niro in Analyze this at times; like watching a stupid commercial and getting teary eyed for a few seconds and then I'd have to play it off and say that I remembered something that really bothered me; happened quite a bit, but try hitting up st jonh's wort, that help me out a bit.

Basically the cjc and ghrp will give you gh like results and igf1-lr3 to add some new muscle. If I wasn't constantly traveling I wouldn't come off the first 2 and I'd blast 30 on 30 off runs of igf. That's a very solid bridge. I don't know anything about the pep you mentioned and honestly it sounds too good to be true

Leg day was pretty good actually.. my endurance has dropped off already strength stuck around though :D

I dont know whats causing this, but im getting back pumps like crazy. Today, after squats and the glute bridges i could barely stand. Well, i did take my testpowder (rec dose-2 scoops) with my pre workout.. scream by bbdotcom and i actually like it, a alot. So 1g agmatine from the Tpowder and the cit mal from the pre may have done it?

Squats- 135x10 225x6 255x5 275x5 280x5 (couldn't really go heavy since the gym was DEAD.. not a single soul, no spotter)
Glute bridges- 95x12x4
Leg ext- 70x15 80x15x2
SS W/
Lying leg curl-20x12 30x12x2
Leg press- 180x18x3
SS W/ leg press toe press- 180x12x3

I know im not on DS/PS anymore so i cut the volume some.. no need to be extremely sore right?

Although, you're using your legs; your back is also being worked out in these movements and looks like regardless of how perfect your form is, dem pumps come a knockin unfortunately.

I plan on doing the exact same thing, for my sarms and then my ph/ds cycle; on time = volume pct = go heavy as fck and push harder. Yeah running osta at 25 for double the length of a typical cycle, will prob add to that suppression quite a bit more. Listen to your body over the next few days and then I'd figure out which pep/anc to hit up next; I think you're gonna read a lot of mixed reviews about each pep and what'll it do, but looking into a couple logs.

For PCT you have to cut the volume or youll be sore for days. All im doing is cutting a set or two out, and im resting 3-4 days a week, focusing on TUT and rep tempo. Forgot to mention, im still foam rolling. Either the night before or right before the gym and again before bed. Ive notice a big difference in recovery and mobility/flexability.

Good plan. Id still try to keep the weights heavy as possible too. You will lose strength, but how much is determined by your training. Keeping the weight high keeps your cns used to the heavier stuff and should help you keep more strength.

That's my theory anyway

I'm not gonna lie tyga, I've Been off since November and my libido is just starting to resurface. Only way to know is get bloodwork. If your lucky you'll get on some trt where life is always good!

Off: sometimes life just doesn't want to cooperate!! It's not like me to only get 4 days in the gym but it happened. This week was nuts with valentines day, my injection on Friday and my brothers birthday yesterday. The good news is diet has been in check and I'm feeling jacked as a mofo!!! Ill make it up to u guys tonight I promise :)

Went ahead and went into the gym tonight. Ill be on my honeymoon this weekend, the following week and weekend.. so needless to say, there will be very little gym time. I know, piss poor timing with the cycle and PCT + a full week of not working out.

Hit chest and abs tonight (eff that other workout i was doing :D)

hopefully by the weekend or no more than a week or so, you'll be on the right road getting back tonormal; if you have anything laying around that might help even a bit try that. When does your trip peptide come in? For me personally, it took a few backs to get my libido back in order, since a bit of time has passed since you started your PCT, hoping that it's sooner than expected.

Legs: This was my Monday workout I have turned into a PR machine.. I really like doing all my presses and squats with no shoes don't think I'll never look back. You can drive hard with the balls of your feet and just feel planted to the floor.. Weighted myself and I'm now 221!!! Up 7 lbs and waist line is still the same..

Abs:
Weighted decline crunches: 4 sets x 35
Standing cable crunches: 80x35, 90x30, 90x30
Standing cable twists: 60x20x3
Flat bench leg raisers: 35x 3 sets

Legs:

Back: So my wife decided to break her toe today at work so I had to leave work early and help her out. My night was crazy and some how I managed to get to the gym. I was running late but still got a full session in. Last back session I felt a little tweak in my back so I took it easy and didn't go for any PR's, but let me tell you I could have! DMZ has me feeling sooo pumped I think my skin may tear!!
