little late just catchin up on your posts, some real nice moves you got in there from the wide neutral grip pulldown front lat pulldowns iso are awesome, and rope handle/hammer curls are awesome too, sometimes I like to lay on a bench with the highest pulley setting and its pulling my arms just lower then delts and do drop sets isolated like that. either way you got some good work ma!
