little late just catchin up on your posts, some real nice moves you got in there from the wide neutral grip pulldown front lat pulldowns iso are awesome, and rope handle/hammer curls are awesome too, sometimes I like to lay on a bench with the highest pulley setting and its pulling my arms just lower then delts and do drop sets isolated like that. either way you got some good work ma!

Nah not after the first dose, I was expecting to feel anything this early though. Tomorrow is day 3 and we'll see what happens.
Tomorrow will be another double workout day, so I'll take 100mg epiandro before each workout, and my 50mg trest dose before my second workout which will be my weights workout. 25mg dermatrest after my first shower.
 
Holy f*ck... Those team training workouts are no joke. Time to go home and refuel for my upper body power workout later
 
Good news, got my Tr1umph order in! It looks like I will survive this double workout after all! This morning was something like this:
Dynamic warmup: broad jump burpee, backwards jump burpee, caterpillars, twist lunges
Core training: leg lift variation, v-ups
Strength training:
Round 1: superset: RDL 3 sets 15 reps 110lbs, kettle bell swings 45lbs 3 sets 15 reps, jump lunges
Round 2: superset: push-ups 3 sets 15 reps, DB flies 3 sets 15 reps, push press 110lbs 3 sets 15 reps
Round 3: superset: bent over row 3 sets 15 reps, reverse flies 15 lbs 3 sets 15 reps, supermans
Heavy carries: lunge down to the other side of the gym (long ass distance) grab Dumbbells (I grabbed 100lb DBs) walk back to the other side of the gym, rest, walk back to the DB rack at the other end.
Big finish: battle ropes 30 slams, then burpees with jumps over a step stool while everyone else takes their turn doing the battle ropes
Heading to the gym again soon for upper body power.
 
Damn people stare so much and so shamelessly at my university gym... They must not see serious lifters often.
 
Pretty sure my strength is already skyrocketing. Never pressed the 130lb DBs before. Did it easily today. Day 3 of orals. Boom.

I was kinda thinking about stacking a peptide with my mk 677, not sure if worth it though. I'd kinda rather just save up and get a sh1t load of masteron to run through the summer and maybe at that point start looking for a show.

Nuh-uh. Masteron + Tren.

I wanna run tren by itself first before I start stacking. If I do well with it maybe I'll get more and run it alongside the masteron. But for now it's just gonna be 6 weeks of tren ace solo with TRT dose of test, at least to start off. Might bump up

Nah dude don't go above 250mg of test a week. 150-250mg of test a week and 400-500mg of tren a week was ****ing awesome

I have enough tren for 300mg a week for 6 weeks or if I do strictly EOD dosing it would be 5 and a half weeks. I can play around with my test dosage though. I could go 125 or 150mg a week, 250, 300, whatever lol

So I just calculated my TDEE on iifym.com... At 4414 kcals/day?!?! Does that mean I have to eat like 5000kcals a day to gain weight?? Lol

Then 2 hours later had to do the high intensity cardio/resistance team training workout. Another day of double workouts.

Mast isn't going to complicate Tren in any way stacking them. If anything it will help.

I know they're very synergistic but like I said I just want to see how my body responds to each compound before stacking them. I'm thinking something like 6 weeks of the tren, then maybe 8 weeks of masteron, and at that point I can decide what to do: come off, stack tren and mast, try EQ, whatever. Lol

Hell yeah and I'm just finishing up week 1! I can only imagine after 8 weeks of epiandro (maybe more, might get another bottle of alpha stano), and 6 weeks of tren....
 
I'm sure I missed it somewhere. Whats your epiandro dose?

For 4 weeks I'm running IML Super Epiandro Rx at 200mg for a sponsored log, then using Alpha Gainz Alpha Stano at 450mg for 4 weeks, but I'm kinda thinking about at least another 4 weeks at that dose and overlap it into the SD and then tren, and maybe even running it all the way through tren because epiandro makes me feel good AF.
