Bam Bam Goes Caveman-Mode: A Training Log

This seems to be a common occurrence here lately with exemestane. Bunk rc exemestane caused me to get gyno, I won't ever use rc again.
It's ridiculous. My entire first pinning cycle was a clusterf**k of lumps, puffy nips, and water retention. Only time it changed was when I got letro from a different RC company. I'll definitely be going RX or CEM adex for my next cycle, not trying to mess around while on trest.
I have one company that I will use if I need it fast. But I almost always go RX
The Tamox and clomid are
So cheap RX. But the problem is that AI's RX's are so expensive without a prescription

I don't think I'm going to to wait 21 days after my last pin of deca like some places say. I will probably start pct in 14 days after last pin regardless. And yeah that's what I was going to do with my pregnyl

Yeah well what I did with deca was I pinned two more weeks of test after my last deca pin. So by the time I started PCT it was 4 weeks after deca and 2 weeks after last test E pin. Going good so far. Libido is finally starting to come back up, among other effects of rising testosterone.

600mg of Test a week ain't got shiit on Trest.

Yeahh I'm considering just biting the bullet and shelling out for Rx grade for my AI. I'm too gyno-prone to fcuk around with trest and subpar AI.
If 600 test and 500 deca gave me b1tch titties I'm not gonna take chances on trest.

I shouldn't be upset about being weaker since I've lost weight, but it still pisses me off. Makes it even harder not to jump on cycle sooner than planned.

Back day complete before a 9 hour shift at the gym. I get to sit at the front desk all pumped up wishing I was still pumping dat iron. Lower back still kills from Sunday's deadlift fails. It made the Pendlay rows much more difficult.

Also, idk how or why people work out fasted. I opted out of a carb source with breakfast this morning and trained after. The only carbs I had were from the cheese in my eggs and the small amount in the Greek yogurt I had. Noticeably less energy/strength during my lifts. Not a workout ruiner, but I could tell I hadn't had as many carbs as normal.

Hahaha. Yeah I trained at like 10:30am, all I had in me was eggs, yogurt, preworkout and aminos. Needed carbs bad. Then had to rush home and leave for work, so all I had was a protein shake with peanut butter added. Fortunately work had some birthday brownies so I slammed a few of those and then had a full meal finally about 45 minutes ago with 2 more brownies lol. I'm still a little under 2400 kcals total for the day, so I'll be having another meal when I get home from work. Hour and a half, I'll be starving by the time I get home.
 
That looks wonderful. I had 1.5 cups of rice, 10oz chicken, and some stir fry veggies. Heavenly.
 
Carbs taste like heaven when you have fasted. Seriously. Take a bite of rice an you are like oh sweet baby Jesus.

You're telling me haha. Sometimes I don't eat food from midnight to 2pm and then I have a giant bowl of oatmeal with my eggs and I honestly am just so happy.

Sumo deads feelsgoodman for sure. I've noticed I have to do twice as much mobility work and foam rolling before heavy sumos as I do for conventional. My hips are just too damn tight and I can't get anything out of the hole on sumos if I'm not completely warmed up. It's gay as aids.

I'm the same way, but I don't usually do mobility work beforehand. My best lifts are in the sumo though. But now that I'm off cycle I tried to pull a little less weight than my last 5 rep max, couldn't get it off the ground on my first attempt and got it about 3-4 inches up on my second. Incredibly frustrating.
Getting off in the afternoon is erotic. Esp when you wake up to icy cold pwo on the drive to work haha.

Oh yes. I'm working out directly after my shift too, I've got all my workout stuff with me. Only thing getting me through the shift lol.

Yep, I was expecting it since I was holding so much water. I lost 5 pounds almost immediately after everything cleared out of my system. Just gotta be patient and focus on good form and building quality muscle.
Gonna try to pull 495 on my next cycle, should be a breeze with all the shiit I'm doing lol

Not a bad goal, but I couldn't pull 415 on Sunday lol. 495 seems far away. But who knows? I also got 405 for 6 the week before last.

My deads stay pretty consistent off cycle, it's my bench that suffers the most. It's by far my weakest excercise, especially off cycle.

My weakest is probably shoulder press. Bench has gone down a little but not too bad. Was shoulder pressing sets of 90lb DBs for 6-8. Now a solid 6-8 rep set for me is probably 80lb Dumbbells.
Squat has also taken quite a hit. 4 sets 315 for 8 on cycle, now doing my best to maintain 4 sets of 275 for 8.
