I do 100 pull ups to warm up. No certain set count I usually start with 25 then keep goin till exhaustion until I hit 100. Heavy pull downs with good form to feel it. 3 sets of 8 but I go at a really fast pace. 100 lbs dumbbell rows with each hand. Cable rows. Triangle grip pull downs. Side to side chins are GREAT for lats. Usually the gym is crowded as hell so I gotta keep it different. Lol.
