Well had back today. Started with rack pulls. 495 moved like nothing, 585 was a breeze, 675 moved really fast, got to the top and boom felt like I got stabbed in the spine. I felt it on 585 but it felt so light so said **** it. Did pull ups and lat pulldowns after. Had a few other things i wanted to do but decided to stop while I could still walk out myself. I’m done going super heavy. My buddy who is about to get his pro card has been preaching to me about lowering the weight and focusing on TUT and contractions.
