About a year ago I tore my rotator cuff while bench pressing a bit too much weight being stupid.. At that time I was 6'4" 230lbs and felt awesome! Well after the shoulder tear I couldn't lift pretty much anything so I kept doing cardio and months later after some at home shoulder therapy I was lifting again. Unfortunately only benching 185x10 instead of 225x10. My weight is at around 215-220 and bf is around 15%.

Anyway now that my diet is back on target, my lifting has been on a serious schedule for about 5months minus a month due to moving to California it's time to run a cycle again.

History is with plenty of test boosters, 1 cel's mdrol cycle,a pplex and hdrol bridge, and 2 anavar shorter cycles

before my shoulder was torn I had it in my min that after that period of natural training between cycles and I reached 315 for 2 id start my cycle..

Now that I'm in California I have no ugl source anymore. I do have full bottles of each of those og's but am afraid to tear my shoulder again!

I also found a legit online source but have never used one before and am skeptical..

Anyway what's my best cycle for me with my shoulder?
Thoughts?

Also what about this cycle
test e 500mg/week weeks 1-10
primo depot 300-400/week
extremsan as an anti aromatase
and nolva pct

all ordered from web unfortunately :-( but ya thanks for the help an sorry for the long thread I just wanted to give a background and really don't want to be out of lifting ever again due to an injury

I am just going to give you some logical advice...do not push yourself too hard or too far. Believe me the satisfaction of lifting the heavier weight will come in time again. The smart thing to do is just to focus making progress little by little. I am in the same boat...I had to have my right knee surgically repaired twice just this past year so I am still in recovery/rehab mode. I understand how humbling the injury is...I was squatting and dead lifting 600lbs prior to the injury. Now I am starting from scratch with squats (I do box squats now for safety reasons) and the most I will attempt currently is 135lbs. In other words, I hope you stay safe bud.

That's a solid squat!

And the steroid is actually more for safety in my shoulder to make it stronger without having to go that much stronger in my lifts. I want this thing healed so I can lift big someday.. I was so close! The incident that tore my shoulder was bench 4th set 275x4 which for me was a huge accomplishment as I've always been the super lanky 6'3-6'4" at 150lbs....
