Comments: Added a few lbs and reps here and there. I am enjoying the conditioning that this routine is producing. Hardening up and recomposing without the taxation.

Didn't put in the full 30 mins on cardio simply because I have stuff to do and was tired of delaying doing so while walking in place getting nowhere...

Thurs: Lower Body

Cardio: Treadmill - 15 mins progressive intensity - (Level10/3.0mph thru Level15/3.5mph)

Abs:
Upright Straight Leg - Leg Raise: 15, 10
Lying Straight Leg - Leg Raises: 13, 10

Legs:
Leg Press - 2 x 25
Leg Curls - 2 x 20
Leg Ext - 20, 18
Seated* Calf Raise - 25, 25

Comments: Increased the reps on leg presses and still hit 25. I added a little to the leg curls and calf raises. I am liking high volume leg work.

Did only half the time on the treadmill. I got stuff I want to do today and I really didn't want to spend the time in the gym.

It is my last workout day this week. The remained of the T-Force will last me through the weekend if It take it at 4 or 5 caps a day. I have no desire or need to continue to run it that long into the weekend without workout days involved. What I will do is up the dose again to 5 caps a day starting today to see if I notice anything physiological. I'll up the Davinex to 5 caps too simply because I believe they are complementary and I have it to spare at this point.

I'll summarize my TNT experience after the weekend is over.

Looking forward to your summary, Im a week in, and I have to say I feel pretty good overall. Im going to go ahead and say that I kinda feel a little like I understand what you were commenting about, in as far as Im not experiencing anything ground breaking, no outlandish aggression, no massive appetite increase, no drastic increase in strength, but I do still feel pretty good. Im not going to fool with dosing changes, and I will just run TNT for 30 days, and keep the other stack for the next pct, and see how it goes then. If the TNT will make pct more pleasant, and smooth the overall transition, then I guess I cant argue with the fact that its money well spent.

Sounds good, brian. I look forward to your summary of the TNT stack.

Still would like to see your overall wrap up of your TNT experience, looking forward to seeing what you have to say.

Sorry RB, I got really occupied with other matters.

My employer was laying off last week. I was lucky enough to keep a job, but have a switch in shift. I used to work weekends 3-12's and got moved to weekdays 4-10's which meant I worked six days straight this last week. This also cost me a 15% differential and a 4 hours weekend premium.

Thanksgiving came and went and here we are.

Been a week or so since i have been in that mindset and will hopefully be picking up where I left off in a day or two. I hurt my old bad knee two night ago, but if the recovery process keeps up I'll be back at it in a few day.

I'm in the middle of a few things around the house this weekend. Let me get myself caught up and I'll get something up tonight or sooner.

Sorry for the delay in summary and follow up.

OK.

A brief summary.

I used TNT at recommended dose for three weeks. During that time I experienced a very slight episode of acne, meaning three or four small pimples on my shoulders. Very minor. I experienced no adverse effects otherwise.

I felt a mild sense of well being but nothing remarkable in that sense. There was no increase off aggression or any other behavior that was out of the normal intensity that I tend to be able to summon at will...or against my will at times.

Workouts were very structured and planned. throughout that time I did not experience any dramatic increases in strength but my plan did not dictate or promote such.

I will note that all workouts did progress in either small increments in weight or a couple/few reps on all exercises.

One point to note was that I did experience slightly improved recovery. I say that as it was noticeable in the fact that i was able to begin to train body parts twice a four day period - upper/lower, upper/lower - consecutively.

At the end of the third week I did decide to increase the dose of both the T-Force and the Divanex to 4 caps per day for the remainder of the next week until the end of the four weeks. Upon dosing as such I did begin to experience mild tension or stress head aches with a bit of intestinal discomfort. Neither severe or even more than mild.

I will note that despite this increased dose I did not experience anything anecdotal to suggest that the increased dose provided any more benefit that the suggested dose.

During this 4 weeks use I did improve a reasonable amount in recovery with a slight increase in strength. But as noted I did not train for strength.

During this time I did see the increase in size in the muscles trained. if you see and read my training journal you would see that I have been recovering and rehabilitating an injury that atrophied part of my left side, most specifically, my pec, lat and tricep.

Prior to this trial there was a disparity of about <3/8" from my left to right flexed arm size. After this trial there is just >1/4". The unflexed size difference is almost indistinguishable now. This is certainly a pleasant result and I believe partly due to the use of TNT.

Personally if I were to use it I believe I would profit more from it if I did ran it at suggested dose for a greater time period over the idea of increasing the dose. It had absolutely zero side effects when dosed as recommended and I just really began to see it manifest itself in performance and recovery at week three plus. I would not be against running this for a good long six to eight weeks.

I liked it a lot, for what it was, and what it was for me was a side free product with light to light/moderate anabolism. It did meet my open minded minimal expectations of just that. I was pleased with the results and would recommend it as an excellent non hormonal product.

heat miser huh? lol.

nice detailed review! yeah i agree, it might be best to run 8 weeks consecutively to give the compounds time to build up and work their effect.
